Parking Information:

If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Cute Condo

The condo was nestled in the beautiful city of Breckenridge but private enough where you could enjoy the peaceful and scenic beauty of the area. Spacious, updated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom rental that offered many amenities. Plenty of extra bedding, towels, toiletries for your stay. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, silverware and even some seasonings/spices and fresh ground coffee from the local area. Only complaint is the cookware. The skillets were old, burnt and need replacing. It wasn’t a big deal, but just a heads up if you’re planning on cooking. Overall, our family was pleased with the location, price and everything the condo offered! We would definitely stay there again!

Great location!

Great location for quick shuttle ride to and from Peak 7 & 8 and downtown Breck! A quick drive to neighboring resorts as well. Beds were super comfortable. No hot tub - but really hot showers with great pressure. We had a great week & hope to return again soon!

Great property! It was close enough to the lifts that we walked home one day (with an 8yo and 5yo) rather than wait on the Black Route Bus. Having the Gold Camp bus stop dang near right outside the door made it a great place to stay!

Great getaway

We booked this place for my family as a chance of pace during the pandemic. Communication was clear and helpful from the beginning to the end with the property manager. The apartment was clean and perfect for what we needed. Location is walking distance to the Gulch trail and we even got to see a couple of moose wandering through the yard by our car! It was great, easy, and just what we needed.

Good location close to town

The rental unit was nice size for 4 people and kitchen updated with nice size living room tv. Good location near town. Building walls are very thin so we were able to hear the dogs below us barking and neighbors upstairs late at night. Rental could have been cleaned better before arrival. Lots of dust, crumbs in refrigerator and dog hairs around. Building manager was very friendly, we met him multiple times while staying.

Perfect location

This condo is perfectly located on Ski Hill Rd just below the Peak 8 lodge. The free shuttle picks you up and drops you off at your front door. Once inside, the kitchen and living space is very welcoming. We comfortably slept 4 adults and 2 kids. Parking is very convenient and spaces were always available. We will look to stay here again without doubt.
