Just minutes from the Peak 8 base area and Historic Downtown Breckenridge on the free shuttle route, this condo offers location, comfort, and shared hot tub access. Your family and friends will have a fantastic time!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, ground-floor condo unit is cozy and comfortable; it’s a smart choice for groups of up to four guests. The living area features an electric fireplace and a flat-screen TV for catching the game or the morning snow report. The fully equipped has all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks and meals when you’re not exploring Breck’s great dining options! The dining table seats four.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, shared hot tubs and a private ski locker. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Great Place to stay! The location is perfect!

The place and location is perfect. The jacuzzi was literally a few steps away. The jacuzzi was great after a long day of skiing. We will definitely be contacting the company again to stay.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Could use a little updating in the kitchen. We loved that there was a hot tub on site. There was easy access to a bus stop outside the complex that took you into town so we wouldn’t have to find parking. The location was perfect!

Very decent condo, separate toilet & shower from sink; kitchen filled with basic materials for cooking; quiet; 10 walk to peak 8 or bus goes uphill every 15mins. Hosts are responsive, eager to please, and accommodating. Parking has been available easily.

Great Time

Really enjoyed this stay with 3 of my buddies on our 4-5th snowboard trip this year. Really enjoyed breck and the walk wasn’t bad at all maybe 8-10 minutes at a decent pace. Even better the shuttle stop was right outside the door.

Excellent location

Shuttle stop was across the street from the property. Ground floor was a plus for me. Could use some updating, especially the mattress. A mattress topper may suffice. A ski rack in the unit would be nice since there wasn't access to the ski locker outside. Not sure where a larger group would store all their skis inside.
