Great location for a ski trip!

Walkable into town with a nice trail behind the house, and a great spot to relax at home with family and friends. Plenty of sleeping space and a separate living room downstairs for kids. The shuttle service to Breckenridge resort makes it an easy recommendation for groups on ski trips - it was incredibly convenient and included!

Perfect Colorado Get-Away!

The house itself has all the amenities mentioned and more. Our group of 13 - from toddlers to teens, adults and grandparents - had plenty of space to play, relax and also cook some fun family dinners. The location was perfect! Being able to quickly walk into town is an added benefit!

Our family of 8 adults, with kids, had an amazing time in this beautiful home! The kitchen had everything we could have wanted and the bedrooms were very comfortable, although it was a little warm during our visit. Both the fire pit and deck each only had seating for 4 and we would have loved more seating so we could all have been together comfortably.

Great house and location

We had 9 adults and 2 kids under 8. The house was large and spacious, but cozy at the same time. There was plenty of space for all of us. Plus, so close to town.

Phenomenal kitchen

This is a wonderful place to stay if you have a large family or group of friends. It easily sleeps 14. Aside from the beautiful scenery and closeness to downtown, the kitchen and master suite are the highlights of this house. The decor is beautiful. Summit Luxury Suites is a great company as well, personable and helpful, with every aspect.

Beautiful House

This house was gorgeous and there was plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was nice and had a huge island. The ice maker was a nice touch and the steam showers were awesome. Outside, there's a hot tub, firepit, hiking trails behind the house and the kids were able to sled in the side yard. We couldn't have asked for more.

Beautiful Mountain Home

My family of 12 had the most amazing summer vacation in Breckenridge, and the best part was staying in this gorgeous home. The management company thought of everything, and offered the most generous hospitality. This home is perfectly appointed with its fabulous, well stocked kitchen, plenty of play space for little ones (especially on the safe balcony), and the bedrooms and baths were beautiful and well supplied. We loved being able to hike right out of the back of the property. We saw a bear on our first morning hike! We also were able to hike and then walk on sidewalks down to Main Street. The location of this home couldn’t be better! We can’t wait to return next summer!

Had a family reunion here with 11 adults. The house was beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. We walked to town every day. We played tennis or pickleball which also was in walking distant. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, luxurious with gorgeous Mountain View.

Simple to rent. Multiple amenities. Space for everyone with the three levels and wonderful deck and a large patio with gas grill and fire pit.

Comfortable home

Property is beautiful

Our family vacation was memorable and the house was beautifully decorated and equipped but needed to be cleaned more thoroughly before our arrival. I know that another group had checked out the same day we arrived because I had inquired about an early arrival and was told no. They probably should have allowed one full day between guests since it’s a big house. There was a lot of grease on the backsplash behind the stove to the point of tile discoloration, dirty sheets with hairs on the bunk beds and large chunks of dried food in the oven. We had a power outage because of rolling blackouts from Xcel Energy due to the fires in Boulder and Superior but the management company was gracious and apologetic even though it wasn’t there fault. They brought a gift basket by and dropped some extra supplies for us. The house in general is beautiful, has a great location and the layout worked great for our family of 11 (all over 18). Best part of the house is hands down the steam showers!!!! Almost better than the hot tub after a day on the slopes. If the cleanliness was better I would have given a 5 star review. I wanted to leave an honest review due to the high price tag for this house over the holidays.

50th wedding anniversary

There were 12 of us celebrating our 50th and Christmas with our family. The home was spectacular. Just can’t say enough about it. We utilized every bit of it. Loved the outdoor firepit and grill. The firepit starter didn’t work, but they came and got it started the first day. The jacuzzi was amazing. We loved being I. It ad the snow was falling. Of course the weather cooperated and we were able to ski and play in the snow all day long. The home was so warm and the hot water was hot immediately. There were so many luxury items that went with this home. For instance, everyone had a heated robe when they got out of the hot tub!!! The homeowner had decorated the house for Christmas and it was beautiful. We have never spent that kind of money on a trip, but believe me, it was woerth every penny! Best trip we’ve ever taken with the family! Oh, you can walk to town or get a shuttle! Breckenridge was magical at Christmas!
