Great Cozy 2 bedroom getaway.

Excellent place to relax and enjoy the slopes. Just a few blocks from the lifts and downtown Breck! Excellent communication with the Host!

Summer Vacation in the Mountains

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is perfectly located a short walk from Main Street in Breckenridge. The size was good for our small family of three, and it worked well for our purpose. My only comments would be to be aware it does not have air conditioning in summer and you are told to use box fans (noisy). Also, there are not many windows to open to get good air circulation. The bathrooms are a bit small as well. But it was a good value for the price and size of the unit.

We enjoyed our entire stay. The private hot tub was awesome! We walked to town each day. You cannot beat the location of this property. It was a perfect get away for any time of year. Thank you for a nice and very clean place. We will be staying again!

Unit was much bigger than expected, did not realize it had 2 separate rooms when booking. Also has a full kitchen and 2 bath rooms. perfect place for a family get away. We will definitely be booking it again.

10 min walk from the slopes, 10 min walk from Main Street with tons of food options, super clean and the staff is constantly making sure everything is ok with the house. We will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the price the rental was perfect with a nice hot tub and newer appliances. The unit was conveniently located to Main Street with parking in the garage and in front of the garage. The garage is detached from the unit. The bathrooms are a bit outdated and the master bedroom bed was uncomfortable but that seems typical these days. The exhaust fan in the master bedroom was making a horrible noise and should be checked. Otherwise it was a great place for our vacation.

Perfect condo

The condo and location are great. It is a quick walk to Main Street and peak 9 lifts. Contact with property manager was smooth and easy. The condo is spacious and has all you need for your stay, I highly recommend this condo for any trip to Breck.
