In Town Vacation Rental within Walking Distance to Slopes, Bike Trails & Main St

This updated 2 bedroom and 2 bath, two-level condo located within walking distance to the Quicksilver ski lift at the base of Peak 9 and Breckenridge Ski School is the perfect location for your Breckenridge vacation. This superbly located and well-appointed condo is walking distance to Main Street's many shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as the popular Arts District and Riverwalk.

Rental includes access to an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, steps away from the condo. The pool clubhouse, which is newly renovated, includes a changing area with showers.

Pool and hottubs are closed for maintenance: Sept 14 - Nov. 21, 2025

Underground garage parking for one car is included with the rental, as well as one permit for short-term parking in Snow Drop Condominium designated parking spaces. Ski lockers are conveniently located in the garage.

Sleeping Accommodations
The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and a private deck. The second bedroom includes twin bunkbeds, and a trundle bed. The living room sofa can be converted to a full bed.

Bathrooms
Two full baths. One on first floor, one on second floor.

Living/Dining Area
Located on the second floor, the open floor plan offers a space for relaxing and socializing. Amenities include a gas fireplace, covered outdoor deck, TV, blue-ray, and dining table.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space was comfortable and included some great amenities in the complex including hot tubs and heated pool, a parking space, ski lockers and a short walk to the closest ski lift. We also walked into town a few times which was also less than 10 mins.

Great location! Short walk to quicksilver superchair lift. We didn't have to drive anywhere. Downtown Breck was walking distance from the condo. Condo was as advertised and comfortable. Owner was very communicative and helpful! Would stay here again!

The kitchen was well stocked! The mattresses pillows and blankets could use upgrades- the mattress was over 20 years old.The main bedroom had thick dust, garbage and old water bottles under the bed.My son slept on the couch because the top bunk was uncomfortable. There were cobwebs hanging in the corners of the downstairs bathroom.

Excellent ski condo

This was our first official family ski vacation out west. The condo was the perfect fit for what we were looking for. The ad was very accurate in both layout as well as location to town. Communication with owners was fantastic and overall we had an amazing trip. Highly recommend.

Perfect location!

This was a perfect spot for our family to stay. We were in town for a hockey tournament and were within walking distance to the rink. While we didn't make it up to the hill, it would have been easy access to the lifts.The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Would book again for our next trip to Breck!
