CO wedding

We stayed here for our son’s destination wedding. We chose this place due to it being close to the bride’s family’s rental. The place was clean, well maintained, and well stocked with needed items. The management personal were available and responded quickly to our questions. Our only complication was that the road was not plowed out to 270, so we had to take a round about way to get to the bride’s family’s rental, but we made it work. The weather was perfect and the scenery was beautiful. We had a wonderful time.

Alpine Vista Breck

This property is a wonderful area outside of The town of Breckenridge. Close to 14-ers and crystal lakes, you can hop onto hiking trails just minutes away. The house is well-stocked with all that you need for your stay. The huge deck is a wonderful place to chill to view wildlife or relax in the hot tub,

Disappointing stay

Unfortunately I feel compelled to write an unfavorable review. The house is nice but there were several issues during our stay. First the ad misrepresented the distance to copper mountain. It stated 7 miles in reality it was three times that distance. At the house the dishwasher was old and had to be run twice or more to clean. We ended up hand washing dishes. Second the hot tub failed half way thru our stay with no plan to address. The Wi-Fi was flakey causing an important missed zoom business meeting.s. We expected far better experience for this expensive stay. It feels like the details just aren’t important. Ironically we rented a home in west Vail the week before and it was a perfect experience.

Beautiful home and great location

Absolutely loved staying at this house, the hot tub was our favorite part by far haha. The master bathroom has a steam shower that was life changing as well! It was about 15 minutes from the downtown Breck gondola, so great location for skiing or going out around town!

The house was great!! We had 3 different families and 2 small children and had a great time.

We arrived 30 minutes early and that seem to be a BIG problem. Couple minor maintenance issues. Overall great vacation home.

Christmas 2021

It was a beautiful home and setting, with plenty of rooms. The alltitude made it hard to breathe for all of us. Wishing we were pre warned. The dish washer was very dirty an ran for hours when used. The refrigerator door shelves that held the condiments kept falling off. One lazy boy was torn. The dryer upstairs didn't dry properly. The washing machine was extremely dirty. The kitchen was very disorganized for cooking, with a broken coffee maker that they did replace the first day. The downstairs toilet overflowed the first day an we were charged on our credit card for plumbing services that we are disputing. Men came to shovel snow, an service the hot tub, without warning, as that side of the home is all glass, but we appreciated the service. Trash from the previous guests were left in the garage. For amount of money we spent it was disappointing.

Elopmemt

We had an amazing time during our stay at Brekenridge. The house was located perfectly where it wasn't too far into town, but far enough from all the business of downtown Brek. The house was a perfect size for our family with grandparents and all grandchildren included. We were lucky enough to see several Moosr, foxes and we ran into a bear on the main road! Never thought we would ever see that! The outdoor patio area was perfect for enjoying the weather and not having everyone feel as if they were on top of each other. Perfect stay for our wedding!

The perfect mountain home retreat!

The property management was great with any questions we had as we prepared for our trip. They were forthcoming and quickly made alternative arrangements for our large family, as our initially reserved home was no longer available as it had been taken to accommodate another family who had issues with their rental. They put us in this luxurious home that was just as beautiful and not far from the golf course. The home was nestled in the woods, surrounded by beautiful pine trees, enough quiet space to enjoy the peacefulness of the mountains. We enjoyed the hot tub nightly. The moose sighting just yards away from the home was an added bonus! We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen and grilled outside a few times. The home was not far from Breckenridge or Frisco, so you could go and enjoy the wonderful restaurants and shopping in both towns. Highly recommend this home for family gatherings as it was very comfortable for our family gathering of 13!

Wonderful week

We rented this home for our quarterly corporate business meeting. There were 5 of us coming from around the US and this location was perfect. The home was set up well and we could easily project on the large TV for our meeting. We cooked in each day and had a great time bonding. The home has a well stocked kitchen and home was very spacious. Would definietly stay here again.

Luxury Gem that needs some serious polishing

This is a very large property, great location with beautiful views. This could be a real luxury experience, however due to the lack of maintenance, there needs to be some investments especially in the kitchen appliances and cabinets to make this a 5 star property. The hot tub was great, the deck would be fantastic in the summer. The extra's get over shadowed a bit.

Overall stay

Easy to check in. Located in a crazy cool spot. The fact that National ran out of 4 wheel drive cars made it a big tricky to get to the house——very accurate that you need 4 wheel. House was a little tired and cleanliness in the kitchen needed some help. Handled our crowd great. Altitude really stung us yet the experience was great.

Exceptional home. Highly recommend the experience of this lovely home. We will be back!

I am pleased to say that this was by far the best vacation my family and I ever had. Friends joined us to celebrate my husbands birthday. The home was an incredible experience. It’s beautiful, plush and comfortable!! The Spanish atmosphere and finishings were elegant and pleasing on the eye. Loved the fireplace. The plastic wine glasses fit in perfectly with the outside jacuzzi. We were 10 minutes from the slopes. Working with Book Breck employees made our experience worry free. They were kind, helpful and left a bottle of Spumante to help celebrate my husbands celebration! If I had to describe this experience in one word... perfection! Enjoy

Beautiful home, well kept

We had a large group staying at this home and there was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. The heated floors and jacuzzi were a huge plus. Road up to the house is steep and covered in snow so 100% requires 4x4 to get there. The staff was very friendly and even called in to check on us. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Vacay

We really enjoyed the house. There were 6 of us for the week between Christmas and New Years. We had two dogs. The house has a dog run, which is such a nice touch Also, the hot tub was wonderful after a day of skiing. The house is big enough for everybody to have their own space. We would absolutely come back.

Beautiful property!

We absolutely loved this gorgeous mountain home ~~ plenty of space and huge windows everywhere to enjoy the view. Close enough to town for shopping and fun, but far enough out to have peace and quiet. Very well equipped with heated floors, gas fireplace, and a giant kitchen with everything we needed to prepare & enjoy Thanksgiving dinner together. We will definitely be back!

Such a nice property!

Very nice house; nice quiet location; LOVED the dog run; house was well-equipped; a great property. We saw a cow moose and her twin babies morning and afternoon for two days - such a great experience. Very comfortable and convenient house.

Fantastic!!!

The house is amazing, but what is more amazing is the support from Book Breck, the property management company. They were incredibly attentive to every need. The property itself is beautiful, with a great deck, nice big kitchen, and wonderful bedrooms. In most of my VRBO stays I can usually find something that is not quite up to par because I am picky as hell, but there was not a single thing I could find about this house that did not live up to my expectations. Wonderful stay, beautiful location, and all around fantastic experience. One word of caution -- I used my altimeter app and this house is just shy of 11,000 feet in elevation, so if you have low-landers coming up to stay, make sure they get a couple of days of acclimation before doing anything too strenuous.

Clean and peaceful

The house is removed from town and surrounded by forest. It is well equipped and comfortable for a large group. One of the rooms doesn't have a full bath on the same floor, but otherwise each room has a convenient bath space. Great week with family, supported by excellent staff!
