Wonderful host. Went above and beyond to make sure our stay was flawless. Location is perfect with a short walk to lifts and Main Street. Plenty of rental equipment stores downstairs and garage parking. 10/10 would stay here again.

Our host, Sarah went above and beyond to help make sure our stay was flawless. From immediate and timely communication, to recommending a caterer for our Thanksgiving dinner, she was truly the best host we have ever had. Very Proactive Host

The host was a very proactive and made sure we have everything we needed during our stay. The condo is set up with a king master bedroom and the second bedroom was great with enough room to sleep several people. The pool area is great for kids and adults. Highly recommend either for summer or winter.

We rented the condo in Breckenridge for a week, it was more than perfect for our family of 4. Beautiful home and amazing view of the town and creek behind. The host was so accommodating and there if we needed anything. Close to a ton of shops and restaurants also. We are already planning our next trip back!

Great place to stay!

This was the best VRBO experience by far! Sarah was amazing and available from the time we booked until the time we checked out and was quick to respond anytime we had questions. The condo met our expectations, the hot tubs were nice to end the day after being on slopes and the gym had sufficient weights and equipment to get a good workout in on our off days. The proximity to shopping and dining was great.

Beautiful condo, amazing views & awesome amenities!

Our family of five had such an amazing time staying here. The location is excellent and is within walking distance of just about everything. The pool, hot tubs, game room and movie theater were a big hit for our entire family! The host/property manager was super friendly and easy to reach! We hope to come back again soon! A wonderful week in Breckenridge

This was our second year staying in Breckenridge but first time at this property. The location was perfect for ski school and Peak 9 skiing. We have an 8 and 6 year old and it was incredibly convenient to head into town or to the slopes. Sarah was a great communicator before and during our trip and was always available for anything we needed. We would love to stay at this property again!

Another wonderful vacation here!

My family has stayed in this condo every year for a few years now, and it’s always a blast. The condo is located in the perfect spot - easy walking access to the Quiksilver lift, Main Street, etc. We have young kids who snowboard and ski, so the convenient location makes logistics a breeze. It’s always beautifully furnished, clean, and stocked with everything we need (kitchenware, extra trash bags/paper towels/laundry detergent, sleds, games, humidifiers and more). Can’t wait to return next year, we already miss it so much!

Best Location

This was our first time visiting Breckenridge so we didn't really know much about the area or what to expect. We could not have picked a better location. It was so easy to get to the slopes, ski school, pick up our rentals, and great shops and restaurants. We only needed to hop in our vehicle one time during our stay since everything was so close. We loved all of the ski storage in the entryway and the amenities such as the hot tubs, steam room and saunas. We will definitely be back and would love to stay in this same condo again - I highly recommended! Also the host was very responsible and helpful during our stay.

Summer in Breck

This was our third summer visiting Breckenridge and our first time staying in a condo in town. It couldn’t not have worked better for us. Having the access to the mini golf, pool, multi role hot tubs, and game room made for great multi-generational time together. We had young kids up to grandparents all able to hang out together. The proximity to town was great and the parking situation also met our needs. I highly recommend this spot!

Fantastic!

This condo is in a fantastic location! We had two 13 year old boys with us, and we felt completely comfortable allowing them to be independent - from heading to the mountain to hitting the pool/hot tubs/gaming area, restaurants, etc. The host is amazing! She is a great communicator and super helpful... Very responsive and informative on all levels! I can't say enough about how comfortable she made me feel. It was like having a "local" friend to text for anything!
