Beautiful 3 Bedroom Ski-in/out in the Village at Breckenridge. Where the base of Peak 9 meets Main Street sits this beautiful 3 Bedroom ski-in/out condo. Best location in Breckenridge located in the Village at Breckenridge. This inviting 3rd-floor​ suite has a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains with 3 separate balconies.

The Village at Breckenridge has long been a favorite year-round Colorado vacation destination with ski-in/ski-out access. Located at the base of Peak 9, this Colorado resort welcomes families and offers ski school right out the front door, as well as on-site ski and board rentals at Breck Sports. At the Village at Breckenridge, you'll find a lot more than great Rocky Mountain skiing and snowboarding.

The Village at Breckenridge is half a block from Main Street Breckenridge and bordered by National Forest and Maggie Pond. From skiing to hiking in the woods to town events to exploring Main Street, The Village is right at the heart of the action. A perfect combination of location, convenience, selection, and value brings guests back to The Village at Breckenridge year after year.

Beautiful 3rd floor 3-bedroom 2 bath with easy elevator access from a heated garage. The Master bedroom has a King size bed and a private ensuite with seperate bath and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and bedroom 3 has a Queen bed a twin bunk bed which share the hall bath with a renovated walk-in shower. All rooms have TV's with plenty of closet and drawer space and access to the balcony.
We have a Full Kitchen with all NEW Stainless-Steel Appliances. A convenient breakfast bar for those quick meals or an inviting dining room table for those sit-down meals. Plus, lots of Balconies to enjoy the Glorious views of your Mountain Retreat.

Winter Activities: Skiing, Snowboarding, Snowmobile, Sleigh Rides. The Village has Ski In/Out convenience with a ski school right out the front door. With 5 different peaks, you have access to all levels of skiing to captivate the whole family. Your lift tickets are good for Vail too which is just 38 miles from Breckenridge. Also, there is the 'Frisco Adventure Park' just 10 miles away where you can take your whole family Snow Tubing or try night skiing at Keystone.

Onsite parking is charged by The Village at Breckenridge at a rate of $ 55/per night depending on the season. The amount is charged and collected at the time of check in by the Village.

Health club, pool and hot tub renovation completed Jan 2022.

Spacious Home

We had a perfect stay for our spring break ski trip with 2 families. It was spacious and the location was perfect...just across the plaza from the slopes and ski lift. Communication with the owner was quick and easy! The kids loved the arcade room. Amenities were great, from having a full size washer/dryer in the unit to having carts to move our luggage and gear from the underground parking garage. Definitely a great stay!

Great Property.

This is our first time in Breckenridge. It was a great vacation. Easy access to everything we needed. This spot is amazing for everyone, but if you’re new to skiing and Breckenridge this is the spot you want to stay. This condo had everything, was very clean and is very convenient. Definitely recommend!

Right by Peak 9 and town

This was a comfortable, well appointed 3 bedroom condo that is a corner unit that faces the square at Peak 9. We liked that it was a few steps to the ticket office, quicksilver lift and ski school for our grandchild. It was a block away from Main Street with all the shops and restaurants. The unit is in the Village of Breckenridge where you also have a fitness center, pool and hot tubs. You just need to cross the square to get to it. There’s a women and men’s locker room and towels. The condo has super comfortable beds including the bunk beds. The kitchen is well stocked and has a dual keurig and drip coffee maker. The location makes it terrific, and Robin responded quickly! It’s a great condo-

Phenomenal location

Amazing ski getaway

We enjoyed every part of our stay at Mountain and Main. Check-in was friendly and easy. The condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better-located just steps from Peak 9 and ski school. Walking distance to Main St and lots of beautiful shops and amazing restaurants. The pool, hot tubs, sauna and steam are a nice option to help relax after a day on the mountain. We would love to return to Breckenridge and stay here again!

The condo was beautiful and clean. The location was ideal for a first family trip skiing / snowboarding. Great Location and Condo

Our annual family ski trip and this condo was perfect. Located in the Villages Plaza just steps from rentals/Ski Lessons/ Chair Lift and several shops and restaurants. The condo is well lauded out which allowed for extra space in the kitchen and living rooms. Condo is fully equipped with everything your need. Property Manager was quick to answer all of our questions and check in was easy. I highly recommend this Condo.

Perfect Everything!

Although way too brief, we loved our stay here! The immaculate and spacious condo was in such a perfect location with immediate access to Peak 9, and all the shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Breck!

Christmas in Breck

We spent 3 nights with our adult children and significant others. This place was fantastic!! The place felt luxurious and a real splurge for us! The views of the courtyard and ski run are amazing- lots of good people watching from the deck! Huge picture windows on 2 sides of the condo made it feel so spacious inside in addition to providing amazing views! There was plenty of seating for all six of us on the couches, kitchen table and huge kitchen bar! We cooked in each night and were pleased to find the kitchen fully stocked with enough pots and pans and cookie sheets for each of our meals. We loved the fireplace and mantle- perfect for the Christmas stockings that we brought along. Proximity to the slopes was so convenient. It was so easy to come back for lunch to our own place during a day of skiing. It also made it easy for our group to come and go on the slopes as it worked for each of us instead of all having to pile into a car at the same time and drive! Using the hot tub was easy. Even though we had to walk a ways to get there, we discovered we could go through the parking stage to stay a little warmer in the walk back! Prices during the holidays are high here in Breck, but we feel that spending on this place was worth every penny!!

Lovely Stay

Really enjoyed this property. We were there for Thanksgiving and the kitchen was perfectly equipped. We have stayed at the Village before and this was by far the best experience. Host was responsive - communication was what we like - information provided a few days before our trip. Then left us alone to enjoy their beautiful property. Would rent this property again for sure!

We loved our stay at this property. Check in was easy with the villages guest registration and it was great to have the keys on the app so we could come back from skiing as needed. It is super close to the quicksilver lift and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Condo is located across Peak 9. If you’re not a skier there is plenty of things to do within walking distance, restaurants, shops and you can hop on the free city shuttle to explore the town. Condo is very spacious and clean. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Overall a great experience .
