Arrow Darrow was carefully curated from floor to ceiling in every inch of the house for the ultimate mountain escape, far beyond basic functionality.

Sitting in one of Breckenridge's most sought-after neighborhoods among towering lodgepole pines, guests will arrive to a uniquely-crafted, late-mid-century modern ski lodge style home reminiscent of skiing's glory days when many ski resorts first came to life across the country. Arrow Darrow looks small and cozy on the outside. On the inside, a group can spread out comfortably in 3000 square feet with a large, open-concept main living area centered around a massive rock fireplace in the heart of the home. Meal prep, dining, relaxation and games can all flow together seamlessly in one communal and inviting space without feeling like you are bumping into each other. At bedtime, each segment of the group has their own quiet and private space spread out on the fringes of the common space.

On the upper level is a spacious multi-function loft space, part of which can serve as a fifth bedroom with the partition curtains fully closed. The center of the loft is a fun play area for kids to have their own space away from the adults, or adults who want a separate activity from the main level; a quieter space to watch a movie or curl up with a good book. On opposite ends of the upper level is the junior en-suite, the bunk room and a full bathroom.

Arrow Darrow is full of amazing hidden surprises around every corner. Guests will continue to discover fun details with each day of their vacation. Likely the most intriguing surprise of all is the backyard bungalow where no doubt the older kids and young adults will want to call dibs as their room for the vacation. The bungalow is heated and secure with an additional three beds (twin-over-queen bunk and twin loft) and tv. There is no bathroom in the bungalow.

The expansive backyard deck is designed to meet the dreams that all guests have for their mountain vacation: a sparkling clean hot tub, a covered bar-b-que grill, outdoor heaters, lounge seats and even a chairlift swing for fun photo ops.

Please note: As mentioned in the House Rules section, we are not able to welcome pets or even service animals at this home due to a life-threatening allergy in the homeowner's immediate family. This home is exempt from ADA requirements regarding service animals, with exterior cameras in use to ensure compliance.
