The open-concept floorplan features vaulted ceilings throughout the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a bright and comfortable space ideal for gathering with family or friends. The recently remodeled kitchen and bathrooms feature modern finishes, including custom countertops and tile work, adding a polished mountain-luxury feel. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with king beds and mountain-inspired décor, ensuring comfort and relaxation after a full day of adventure. Step outside to your private deck and enjoy the hot tub with scenic mountain views, perfect for unwinding in any season.
Guests enjoy access to the Upper Village pool and hot tub complex located within the One Breckenridge Place community. Please note the Upper Village Pool is closed for seasonal maintenance from April 19, 2026 through May 22, 2026, and again from September 14, 2026 through November 21, 2026. The property also includes a dedicated driveway parking space in front of the garage for one vehicle.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Perfect weekend
Came to Breck for a 30th birthday girls trip. Perfect location and size for our group. The garage door stopped working at one point and maintenance on site was so quick and helpful. Easy check in process, though it would be nice to not have to stop at the management company office. Would stay at this property again.
