Great, and a little quirky

This house is very spacious and quite nice. Lots of king beds and a big bunk bedroom for kids. Also downstairs media room is an awesome place together. (We had a group of 4 adults and 6 kids). A few of the appliances were a little quirky (a few stove burners didn’t work), and some light switches didn’t work - but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice home but needs some upkeep

Nice house, several issues impact key amenities.Our filters: 3 king beds & private hot tub.Before we arrived, a txt from mgmt that the kitchen fridge was out, but there was one in the garage & offered to reimburse for ice (no icemaker). It was usable by Weds (5 days into stay). Upon entering the house, you go upstairs to the main level which made the fridge inconvenient & tracked in dust. Feedback on the suites: the bed comfort was better than most. Showers were not. Water dangerously hot & hard to control, & low flow in two of the king ensuites.This house could use a deep clean, the more you look around the more dust you see. We had 2 issues & reported 1 of them to mgmt. 1st was coffee grounds left in the maker & molding. 2nd was a bunk with dirty sheets. We txted mgmt and they sent someone within 30min to change the linen.The most impactful item was the hot tub (key amenity). 1st day, the temp was 93 & no jets. Mgmt had us reset the breaker. Next night we started to get in but it was too hot we measured it at an unsafe 114! Mgmt told us to throw snow in it & a tech would come the next day. The tech said he was out there often for this tub and wasnt surprised if it was cold or too hot. He also told us the snow/water trick to cool it down. It wasnt fun to stand in the cold, trying to get the temp correct, so we only used it twice.Mgmt was very responsive, but issues affected our stay. Not enough space to discuss other feedback, but the house needs TLC to stay “premium"

Tons of space

High quality house with tons of space to be together or hide in a corner for some privacy. Always a restroom available when you needed it. It would have been nice to have a 2nd microwave available in the kitchen.

Friend Ski Trip

Overall the stay was the definition of perfection. We had a great time and the amenities, view, and house were perfect. The location to Breckenridge ski lifts was about 10 minutes. The drive to downtown was about 15 min as well. The driveways and roads were very well kept. We were happy to see a couple moose outside of the neighborhood as well. Only con if we could find one were directions to the surround sound music throughout the house. In summary we give this house a score of 15/10.

Friends, Food and Adventure in a winter wonderland

The house was everything it was advertised to be. An excellent home for a group of families. We were able to spend time together as a group but still had plenty of places to spend time alone if we wanted. The views were spectacular. The kitchen was a chef's dream. There was plenty of room for multiple cooks to work without getting in each other's way and it had everything you would need to prepare any type of meal you wanted. The weather was both warm and cold during our visit so we were able to take advantage of the hot tub and the front patio to relax after a day on the slopes. The location was perfect. We were able to drive to Breck and Frisco very easily. I highly recommend this property and will be back myself soon.

Absolutely stunning home!

This was a true gem! The kitchen was well stocked with all the misc gadgets needed for most meals, including a large crockpot! Each bathroom had wonderful travel-sized toiletries for our use, and each bedroom had just enough space to spread out and relax! The only trick to the house is regulating the temperature with a house this size, but boy was it a blast staying here! Will certainly be back next year!

Awesome house!!

Super house! Clean and beautiful. State of the art technology and luxury! Only comment was that the pictures show the living room being where the fireplace and big windows are but the room was switched with the dining room. After a day of skiing it would be great to cozy up and relax in a grand living room by the fire. Also, for the size of the house and number of occupants, the living area that does exist does not accommodate many people. Yes there is a theatre room downstairs but we came with out of town family and wanted to visit with everyone in one room. That’s my only suggestion, switch the rooms to match the pictures and offer enough seating for number of beds.

Gorgeous Home in The Highlands of Breckenridge

We used this property as "home base" while we searched for our own home to purchase in Breckenridge, so I think I'm qualified to be able to say that this VRBO home is TOP OF THE LINE in all regards after seeing MANY properties in many areas of Breckenridge! Gorgeous finishes and furnishings...Fantastic, well thought-out layout of the home...AMAZING views from many of the rooms. The Highlands of Breckenridge is the PERFECT place for a family to gather for a memorable vacation in Breckenridge...It is close enough to all the "happenings" of Breck, yet far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. The hiking trails right out of the Highlands neighborhood are phenomenal! And yes - we bought a home in the Highlands!

The Highlands

Property is beautiful. Enjoyed our stay but the lodge IS NOT baby proof. There are actually 3 sets of stairs. Two are wooden and one carpeted. We had everything needed to prepare meals except food which we bought in Frisco. It's a large house with plenty of space and great views. Perfect location for Breckenridge and Frisco.

Great overall but felt shorted on description

Main complaint is that they had apparently had a “designer” that rearranged the rooms. The living room and dining room were swapped. Unless we were sitting at the table we weren’t able to enjoy the view or the fireplace. The main picture for the listing is deceiving as that’s where the dining room table is placed now. Other than that it was a phenomenal home with a lot of space and privacy for each couple. Also the communication was fantastic with very quick responses for questions. We would definitely stay again if we knew those rooms were back to the way the pictures were as one of the main things we wanted was to relax by the fire and enjoy the view.

Really Great Home

Everything as listed is accurate. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the property. The only complaint from the group was that the additional fees are pretty high ($450 cleaning fee) but then there is the implied threat of even more fees if you don’t take out the trash or do the dishes. Pretty good spot though.

Loved everything about our stay. The owner had great communication and the house accommodated our group of 7 adults perfectly. Cozy and tucked away in a nice neighborhood. The house was clean and beautiful! Highly recommended!
