Penthouse-Upscale-Family style - Walking distance to Lift, Town, Pool

Accommodation: Large (1185 sq feet) Ideal Family Condominium with private roof top Sun Deck ( used during summer months ), year round covered Balcony and covered front entrance with seating for removing ski boots etc.
Unit is on the 3rd Floor and accessed by stairs only.
Our up to date condo creates a warm atmosphere with everything you need for your visit to the mountains.
The unit is light, bright and airy having an open living/dining room and kitchen area. There is a slate gas fireplace, carpeting, porcelain floors, granite kitchen/bath counter tops, and western cedar.

* Wireless Internet - password provided
* A washer and dryer is located in the condo as well as in the garage parking (coin operated commercial units).
* Spacious master bedroom with king-size log bed, ample closet space, TV and full bathroom with double sinks, room darkening shades.

* Access to heated outdoor swimming pool, outdoor hot tubs, change rooms, lockers and showers are conveniently located walking distance from the Columbine building ( 2 Minute walk ).

Breckenridge Area: This condominium has convenient access to activities making it a perfect family all season vacation spot in the fun-filled town of Breckenridge and surrounding areas. The nearby towns of Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne, Keystone. Copper Mountain also have various festivals etc. Pick up the free Summit Daily in town to see what in going on in the area.

We have been to Breckenridge 3 times and this was our favorite place. It was a very doable walk to the quicksilver lift. The owners were very responsive and a pleasure communicate with. would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location for access to Breckenridge Mountain and town!

Our stay the week of February 2025 at this property was great. It's location was perfect walking distance for all the Breckenridge ski resort and the town has to offer. The property is as described, it is very clean and comfortable for a family.

Perfect Cozy Condo

This is our second time staying here and it’s our family’s favorite. It’s walkable to the slopes, dining, and shopping. Great location and perfect cozy mountain condo! We can’t wait to go back!

Great location

Great location for skiing. We rented skis at the Marriott (5 mins away) and stored them there every night. Picked them up every morning in the way to the slopes. Our accommodations were very nice and had everything we needed for our trip.

Great Location

This property is at the edge of town but convenient to everything. It is on the third floor (four flights of stairs from the garage) which I really wish that would have been put in the description. We will not stay anywhere without a garage so that was nice, take in mind the spot isn't the easiest to maneuver due to construction things being in the area. The place was nice, a little outdated compared to others but clean and appreciated. I did contact the owner after leaving and never heard back.

Great condo - being able to walk to the slopes was wonderful!

Great condo, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Exactly as pictured. Loved being able to use the grill too. Our only disappointment was with the hot tubs. They were very crowded, mainly because only one or two were hot each day. The others were luke warm to cool. From talking to other guests, it seems like this has been an ongoing problem which would have been nice to know ahead of time, as we enjoy using a hot tub after a day of skiing and the availability of four hot tubs was one of the reasons we chose this condo. No other complaints - great location and very responsive owners.

Nice condo close to slopes.

Less than ten minute walk to slopes and were both used. Charter sports with overnight ski storage. Unit was very clean and well appointed. Perfect for two couples and maybe 1 child. We were to aging men so glad to have the two full baths and bedrooms. Premium cable with Netflix and Prime were both used.

Great place to stay!

This is a great place to stay when skiing at Breck. Location is INCREDIBLE, the hot tubs and heated pools are great, and the home is so cozy. If we come to Breck again, we want to stay again. 10/10!

SNOW GOOD!

Fantastic space, clean with all the extras we usually have to drag from home. (Spices, paper towels, dish soap etc). Great location minutes from Peak 9 gondola. This is our 8th year boarding as a family and this BY FAR was the best place we have stayed. Breckenridge has lots to do on and off the mountain. We hope to return next year!

Fantastic Stay in Breckenridge

We had a great time staying for a few days of skiing in Breckenridge. Communication with the owners was fantastic. As others have indicated, it is an incredibly clean and well cared for unit. The neighborhood was great, hot tubs great at the end of the day and heated parking was a nice treat in the snow. The only downside that we saw is similar to what some others have said, it is a pretty good walk to and especially home from the Quicksilver lift on peak 9. It wouldn't have been as much of a problem for just adults, but walking back with kids and gear after a long day on the slopes is a daunting task, especially if you are not used to the elevation. Overall a great experience!

Perfect Holiday Getaway

We loved this beautiful condo. Perfect location. We had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen. The owners were pleasant and responsive. The beds were ver comfortable which we appreciated after a long day of skiing or hiking. Nearest ski lifts were about 10 minutes away. We hope to stay here again on our next Breckenridge adventure.

Holiday Getaway

We're a family of 4 who enjoyed a week away at this property over Thanksgiving! Centrally located, there were many outdoor and indoor activities close by. The property itself was clean and well-furnished--everything was available and taken care of. We'll definitely look to stay here again.

Consistently great

This is our second year renting this property. Everything was just as good the second time. Clean and consistent. The location is excellent and the unit is well stocked. Washer & Dryer, short walk to lift and great hot tub/pool complex were key. The owner was very helpful with communication and information for check-in and check-out as well as amenities.

Very Nice Property

Clean, roomy, comfortable. Perfect for a family or two couples. Photos and video are accurate. Kitchen is well appointed. Nice having laundry in the house. Coordination was seamless. We liked it. A few practical pointers. First, it's on the third floor, up 28 relatively narrow steps. The privacy is nice, but yes, there are stairs, so you should consider that, if a concern. Second, despite how some prior reviewers (though not the owner) characterized the location, it is definitely not ski-in, ski-out, not even close. It is a 7-10 minute walk to the Quicksilver Super 6, which gives you quick and easy access to the entire mountain. We put our skis in overnight valet immediately adjacent to the lift, for $15 per night per set. There are also overnight lockers available. All super convenient, but at a cost. Third, the walk to the south end of town (an icy trail via the shortest route) is about 10 minutes. It's another 10 minutes to the center of town, so some walks to restaurants we chose were 20+ minutes. There is a free Main Street Trolley, but you still have to walk to get to the stop, and we found walking the most efficient and practical way to get around. We did not have (or need) a car. It's also a little bit of a walk to the hot tubs (~200 yards outside). There is a changing room, but it was not consistently open. We liked the place a lot and would stay there again. I just think some prior reviewers glossed over the convenience and proximity factors.

Hidden Gem

Like the title says, this place is fantastic. First off, the location is excellent. Walking distance to virtually everything. Once inside, it was the perfect place for our 4 person group. Couldn't ask for more. We will be back!
