Experience tranquility and comfort at our quaint 400 sq/ft chalet, nestled in the stunning Tiger Run RV Park in Breckenridge, CO. This one-bedroom sanctuary offers the perfect respite within a peaceful, gated community. Enjoy an array of amenities at our full-service clubhouse, including an indoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a game room, a fitness center, and outdoor tennis courts. With picturesque hiking trails nearby, our chalet is your gateway to a rejuvenating retreat amidst nature's grandeur.

Welcome to our inviting chalet, where comfort meets convenience. It boasts a private bedroom with a queen bed, complemented by a handy futon in the living room. A full bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen are at your disposal.

The compact, yet cozy, living room is outfitted with cable TV and dedicated WiFi for your entertainment needs. After a day of mountain adventures, unwind on the covered front porch, soaking in the serene surroundings. Feel free to whip up a meal or BBQ in the open air, relishing your feast at the picnic table while basking in the majestic mountain ambiance. Your delightful alpine retreat awaits!

Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.

Run down and dirty

Porch was nice, although very cluttered. The 'rug' had a tendency to flip up in the wind. Some light switches didn't do anything in the living room - they definitely didn't turn on the lights. Living room fan had exposed wires and wasn't adjustable. 'Hallway' rug had to rubber underneath it so every step was a slippery disaster waiting to happen. Kitchen had glasses perched precariously and one wine glass fell out when I opened the cabinet. Loft was completely closed off so we couldn't open the windows up there to let the heat out which would have been nice since all the windows opened on the bottom so took a long time to cool down the house. Bathroom fan sounds like it'll die very soon and the floors in there need a good deep cleaning. The bedroom walls were covered in statically charged dirt above eye level. The bed was actually pretty comfortable.

Anniversary gift to our kids

Unit was fairly clean-- found areas that didn't appear to have been touched in some time (ie chair arms were very dirty)--- was a good unit for short people-- our family members are taller and bumped their head getting in and out of shower-- plus our son had to hold his head sideways to take a shower. Also found a couple broken-reported to owner (who was on site)

Cozy small cabin for 2 great location

We enjoyed our stay. Close to Breckinridge and Frisco. Cabin was clean and clubhouse is great. Could use some new cooking ware. We used the grill and had a great time. We got lots of snow for Christmas. We left 3 sleds for the next guests.

Cute and cozy

We loved this little cabin, it was so perfect for just the two of us. The free bus system is easy to use and the stop is decently close to the RV park. It’s maybe 5 minutes tops to Breckenridge which is super convenient. A few good hiking trails nearby were so simple to walk to, nice and close. We’d definitely stay here again if we do another couples getaway. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were polite. Our only complaint was that there weren’t blankets.

Disappointment

I would classify this as RV staying rather than a cabin. RV size lots, RV size property. The positives were a nice bed, clean linens and towels and close to Breckenridge. Everything else is disappointing. So many things do not work. No propane for gas grill, light bulbs out, shower handles fall off, door knobs do not turn. Most disappointing was how dirty everything was. We cleaned the shower, tables, and counters before we could use anything. Then, we had hoped to cook, but seeing the filth of the kitchen ended up having to go out to eat for every meal. After getting locked in the bathroom for a defective doorknob, we called the management. They said they would send someone asap. 2 days later, they said they were sorry but it could not be repaired before our departure. Very disappointed in the property and the management. Would not recommend.

Cute little cabin nestled in the mountains, beware of power issues

We stayed in the cabin for two nights in June. We were looking for a cheap cabin near our friends who were camping in their RV. We didn’t spend much time in the cabin as we were hanging out with our friends, but it was adequate for our needs. The electricity in the front half of the cabin went out both nights, which would have been a major pain if we had wanted to sit in the sitting room. The management company was responsive when we contacted them, but since we were going to bed at the time we asked them to send somebody the next day as opposed to that night. Our kids enjoyed the loft and hung out there some. Our bed was very hard, which of course, is subjective, but neither my husband nor I slept very well. It’s hard to beat the location and the price was on point.

Beautiful location, great clubhouse/pool area!

We couldn’t have asked for a better value for the location. We were close to everything with beautiful views right out the window. :) We visited in winter, so it was a little tight with all the ski gear we brought along, however the beautiful pool and hot tub made us forget all about it. Everyone at the Tiger Run was very pleasant and helpful, a pleasure to work with. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the wi-fi made you want to beat your head against the wall, but fortunately we had pretty good cell coverage so it was a huge issue. We would gladly stay here again! :)
