The condo is in an excellent location, with a huge deck overlooking the chair lifts and some of the Epic Adventure activities, at Peak 8. Unfortunately, the deck only had 3 chairs on it, so it really wasn't usable. Staff was wonderful (front desk & maintenance) and resort amenities (pool room, bowling alley, movie rooms) were great. The condo needs a deep cleaning and maintenance (e.g., floors were filthy and kitchen floor was torn up by the fridge, master shower was so clogged it wouldn't drain, outlets didn't work in the master bath, the screen door was off the rails). The dryer takes a long time to get a load of clothes dried. We loved the location but will probably look at the other resorts on Peak 8 the next time we go.
