This is an opportunity to rent a true ski in and ski out 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condominium unit at the world famous Grand Timber Lodge in Breckenridge, Colorado which sleeps 8 with 1 king size bed (sleeps 2) in the master bedroom and one sleeper sofa in the living room (sleeps 2) and the second bedroom has a queen size bed (sleeps 2) and a pull out sleeper sofa that will sleep 2 more. The unit has a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator, double sink, microwave oven, range with oven, dishwasher and a full set of cooking utensils, pots and pans and plates and dishes and cooking equipment. The unit will have a dining table that will seat 8 as well as 3 bar stools that pull up to the granite kitchen counter to make it easy for talking and getting together after a busy day on the slopes! The kitchen has a toaster, blender and a coffee maker. The master bedroom in the unit which has the king bed has a full bath with 2 sinks and a Jacuzzi tub as well as a separate section of the bath that has another sink and a stand-up shower. The second bedroom of this split plan has full bath and has a kitchenette of its own including a small sink, microwave oven and a small stove and dishwasher and can be locked off during your stay if you wish or it can be open to the rest of the unit as you see fit. The unit has a balcony with two chairs on it. The unit will have a TV with cable TV in all bedrooms and in the living room and a DVD player is available in the unit if you wish to use the rental DVD KIOSK in the building during your stay. The living room has a gas fireplace and mantle which is controlled by a wall switch. The room will have a phone with voice mail access, WIFI and WIFI in the lobby of the main building as well.
