Ski In/Out New Years Ski Week At Grand Timber Lodge In Breckenridge, Colorado

This is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath unit which sleeps 8 with 1 king bed (sleeps 2) in the master bedroom and one sleeper sofa in the living room (sleeps 2) and the second bedroom has a queen size bed ( sleeps 2) and a pull out sleeper sofa that will sleep 2 more. The unit has a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator, double sink, microwave, range with oven, dishwasher, and a full set of cooking utensils, pots and pans and plates and dishes and cooking equipment. The unit will have a dining table that will seat 8 as well as 3 bar stools that pull up to the granite kitchen counter to make it easy for talking and getting together after a busy day on the slopes! The kitchen has a toaster, blender and coffee maker for your use during your stay. The master bedroom in the unit which has the king bed has a full bath with 2 sinks and a Jacuzzi tub as well as a separate room with another sink and mirror and a stand up shower. The second bedroom of the split plan has a full bath and a kitchenette of its own including a small sink, microwave, small dishwasher, and a small stove and can be locked off from the rest of the unit for privacy if desired or can be left open to the rest of the unit during your stay. The unit has a balcony with 2 chairs on it. The unit will have a television in each bedroom as well as in the living room with cable TV on all. The unit will have a DVD player in it for use by the guest if desired. There is a DVD rental KIOSK in the building for use by guests for a small fee during their stay to allow them to rent DVDs of current titles including children's movies if you so desire. The living room has a gas fireplace and mantle which is controlled by a wall switch. The unit will have a telephone and voice mail. WIFI is available in each room and in the main lobby area of the resort. WIFI is free to guests. There is a rec room, work out room, multiple indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, an on site modern full service restaurant, recently remodeled full service spa on premises, storage lockers for skis and equipment on location, underground heated parking garage in your building with elevators and luggage carts for use by guests, free shuttle service to and from town and local ski areas in town. This is a ski-in and ski-out property, ski and snowboard rental and equipment rental available on site through Christy's sports at the end of building 5 at the resort for your convenience.
