Breck Adventure

We love Beaver Run, but our room smelled so badly of fireplace smoke (despite not using the fireplace) that we ultimately had to find another room which Beaver Run was very gracious to accommodate. The room itself was beautiful, cozy and clean.

We had two adults, one in king bed and one on pull out couch Was spacious enough for us. You could fit more ppl but prob couples would make sense. The kitchen was amazing, fully stocked with pans, utensils, this was key in the morning to hit the slopes faster. Overall great, would recommend

Great location but outdated

The ski in/ski out location was great for ease on the mountain and the amenities were nice. The condo was quite outdated, we had issues with wildly different temperatures between the two rooms. The condo also had zero things to cook with (oil, salt, pepper, coffee filters etc). It was clean and skiing was easy however it felt more like a cheap hotel than a stocked condo.

Not worth the money

My family and I stayed at Beaver Run for the location and for what we thought was going to be a nice room. We were wrong for sure. A very outdated room that didn't have the cozy mountain vibe you would like after getting off the slopes. The room was very uncomfortable, from the couch to the bed, no one in my family could feel comfortable. The entire room just seemed like it needed a good deep clean along with a major update. The sink area was super low and when I was in the shower it seemed like I was going to fall through the ceiling. To top things off, the view was of another building at Beaver Run. I just assumed with the room costing what it was that I would have a view of the mountain. As we would walk down the hall and see other suites from their rooms being cleaned, you could tell they were in much better condition. I know in the future I will make sure this never happens again and for the owners, I would be ashamed of how your looks and is kept up.
