This is a 900 sq. ft., 4th floor condominium at the Village at Breckenridge, a ski-in ski-out premier location which is 20 yards from the Quicksilver lift and the Ski & Ride ski school. It is steps away from Main Street restaurants and shops, the Performing Arts Center, ice rink, and 400 miles of local paved bike trails.

The unit sleeps 6 guests. It has a king bed, and twin-daybed in the bedroom, and a queen-size Murphy bed in the living room.

There are flat screen TVs in both the living room, and the bedroom. The unit has a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy views of Maggie Pond and downtown Breckenridge from the unique 6'X6' picture window or wraparound deck.

The Village at Breckenridge has indoor and outdoor hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pool, exercise facility, steam and sauna rooms, pool tables, outdoor fire pit. The washer/dryer is located on the same floor as the unit.

Parking is in the heated underground garage. The parking is managed by the Village at Breckenridge HOA and is paid separately from the rental of the unit. For guest who do not arrive by shuttle, your host can make parking arrangements for you.

Skiing, snowboarding, biking, dining and shopping do not get any more convenient. Walk anywhere in Breckenridge in 10 minutes. There is a free public shuttle to all of Summit County, Frisco, Keystone, and the factory outlet stores in Silverthorne.

Breck Ski Trip

Perfect place to stay in Breck for a ski trip. It was convenient to town and skiing. The place was exactly as described. Very clean, well stocked, and the check in process was easy and convenient. I would stay here again for future trips.

Summer Trip

Had a great time. The complex has a new rec room with all sorts of things for kids to do, and the 3 large hot tubs have you all the privacy you needed after a long day. Just a block from the breckenridge strip to walk to all of the local restaurants and shops. Perfectly located for hiking as well.

Location! 😁

Location, Location location !!! This condo was right in town close to shopping centers , food and activities. First time sking and the lifts were only about 3 minutes walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

First of all, the views are spectacular. The location of the property was perfect. The condo was beautiful inside and out. Well supplied with everything we needed. Communication with renter was efficient. Perfect location to anything downtown, very easy walk to many restaurants and bars.

Great Rental Condo & Great Owner

We thoroughly enjoy d our stay at this lovely condo. A great location and very comfortable. The owner was great with very good communications. Our only negative was with the management company who created difficulties in checking in and checking out by not being familiar with and following their own procedures and instructions. We highly recommend the condo and the owner!

Excellent Property, Excellent Location

I travel to Breckenridge each year for an annual ski trip. I've stayed in properties in many parts of town. I would rank this as the best place I have stayed. The condo is exactly as advertised and the parking beneath the building is convenient. (Note you must request parking access with your reservation as parking is limited and it's not included.)The property is at the base of Peak 9 and, although not a ski-in ski-out, it's so close that I thought it was just as convenient at ski-ins I've stayed at.There are ski rental shops in the building, next door, and in the Maggie. The Village has shops and restaurants, and the rest of town is just across the street. The check-in and check-out system is simple using their app, and the parking, doors, health club, and pool access are all unlocked using the app. Very convenient.

Another great stay

It is very nice, but not fancy. Clean and VERY well located. Had everything we needed but we do not spend a lot of time in condo so not any cooking but looks to have what would be needed if wanted. Only thing I would suggest are plastic glasses to take wine to the hot tubs from the room. Or at least have the metal cups available at pool in room also. Slept well in main bed, didn't ask but 22 yro's slept well on murphy bed without complaints :)Great stay! FYI: pay attn to parking situation. Slightly unpleasant as communication is done via email which I don't maintain well. Text & phone I'm very responsive.

Convenience and fun packed in one!

The location was fabulous, the best ski in and out we’ve ever stayed at. The condo was very roomy, beds very comfortable, pillows were comfortable too. They had a variety of pillows so we all had something that suited us. Kitchen was very well stocked with essentials (spices, utensils, China, cleaning supplies etc). Plenty of towels and sheets! We did have to do a load of laundry and it cost us almost $10, but they were speed Queen machines so it washed and dried very efficiently. The pool was amazing, our kids had sooo much fun there with the basketball hoop. The 4 hot tubs were amazing for us adults. Short walk to Main Street, we didn’t need to use our car very much. We’d come back again. Thank you.

Peak 9 Shavano stay

Location was amazing, steps from everything; the Quicksilver lift, from both Christy Sports and Breck Sports, the ticket office and hot tubs. Just a few minutes walk to town. The condo was just as pictured. We chose it for the location and for the daybed in the BR which allowed for our college aged daughter to have a bed. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, and appreciated that there was spices, paper towels, dish soap etc already there. Ample sized bathroom. The only negative is there is no information about parking in the listing and I realized we needed to arrange and pay extra for that just a couple weeks before arriving. The host arranged it quickly but I would have preferred to factor that cost in at time of reservation. I would stay here again!

Location location location

The location of this unit cannot be beat. It is literally steps away from the Quicksilver superchair at the bottom of peak 9, which is a great peak for newer skiiers. The main strip of downtown with restaurants and shops is a super short walk from the building as well. If you're looking to go further, there's a shuttle. The unit was excellent and the kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked. I only have 2 minor things to call out that made my review from being 5 stars: (1) it was not clear from the listing that parking would cost extra. I have no objection to paying extra for parking - I just wished it was made more clear upfront, and (2) no fault of the property owner himself, but the elevator in the building broke down twice during our stay, which meant we had to take the stairs. Both times the issue was fixed within an hour or two, but obviously less than ideal when folks are needing to lug skis up and down flights of stairs. Overall, despite the couple of hiccups, I would absolutely stay in this unit again and would recommend it to others.
