The host was great. We arrived early and the host was communicative so we were able to check in early. The unit was clean and VERY well equipped in the kitchen. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The kids loved playing with the sleds around the area. There was plenty of storage area for all our ski gear while we were there. We didn't use the neighborhood shuttle as the new free ski lot is just a mile away.

Great location and the house had everything we needed! It was clean and very comfortable. Our group had 6 adults. We would definitely stay again if we return. The shuttle made getting to the slopes and getting home very convenient as parking in Breck is difficult.

I was on a golf trip with 3 buddies, rented the place for 3 nights and the condo worked perfect for us. It is close to Breckenridge golf course, and convenient to town. E bike rentals within walking distance to condo. Overall a great place.

Comfortable for a crowd and great location

Our family of 7, all adults, had a great time. All rooms were comfortable and the location was excellent. We hiked, fished, went white water rafting and a horse ride . The hot tub felt great after our day time adventures.

Great Place and Location

Our family of 8 including kids and grandkids had a wonderful time in this townhouse. It had everything we needed and the 2 car garage was a bonus. The shuttle picked us up at the front door and dropped us off in town so we didn't have to do much driving. Only drawback was the shuttle only runs from 8 am to 5 pm. Only issue we had was that the hot tub was not clean on arrival but Bob took care of this promptly. Also had minor maintenance issue but this also was handled promptly. Bob was a great host and very responsive to our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Very Comfortable and spacious!!

We had a wonderful & comfortable stay at this townhome in Breckinridge. Location was great and with the two car garage, we didn't have to worry about the cars getting snowed over. All the necessary items were in the house, all we had to do was get some groceries. Plenty of pans, baking & storage containers for leftovers. The grandsons enjoyed the outdoors and sledding. We had soooo much snow.. the complex was always plowed and we didn't have to shovel at all, although I did pay our 9 yr old to do some of it! LOL. For us Florida folks it was awesome and so enjoyable!

Great Family Getaway

We had a group of 6 adults and 4 children (ages 4, 6, 10, 11) on this trip. The host was great, very responsive to any questions we had and informing us of any changes to the bus schedule. Property was clean, the heated floors were great. The hot tub was clean and nice, right off the deck. Beds were comfortable. The ability to park 3 cars in the garage/driveway was a plus. Initially we thought the shuttle was on demand, only to find out its actually on an hourly schedule and only runs 8 to 5 so the only option to go to town at night would be greenline bus or drive. Ended up not being a big deal since we were exhausted from skiing but something to note if that is important to you.The shuttle was great, the drivers were great, and the neighbors were very nice.Overall this was a great place to stay, and we would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Place to Stay!

We were in Breckenridge for our annual Santa Ski with friends. This townhome was perfect for 4 couples. It was well appointed, very comfortable, and convenient to Breckenridge. We will try to stay here again next year!

Thanksgiving vacay

A cozy house perfect for our family Thanksgiving! Large enough for all our own beds. The only down size was the living room didn’t quite fit us all to watch football. But we pulled dining room chairs around and made it work!

Great house!

We had such a great stay at Bob's place in Breckenridge this summer. The house was really well appointed with everything you could want in the kitchen. It was close enough to town and was a super quick drive, with plenty of parking. We loved that the Breckebikes (electric hourly rentals) were about a block from the house and we rented them several times and rode the bike path into town. Would definitely stay there again!
