Wonderful

The actual property itself was great. We did have issues finding the building, as the actual condo wasn't near the check in. It was also a hassle to check in/out since we did not have a car and had to carry all our baggage across town, then again to the station for our shuttle. Staff was very friendly and allowed us to leave our baggage at their location while we explored town waiting for our shuttle to arrive.
The location is very good both for access to the slopes and walking into town. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. On the downside, the sleeper sofa had a thin, uncomfortable mattress but that's not unusual. Also, the skylight in the bedroom prevents the room from being dark when you need it so. A screen or blinds of some kind on this would be nice. We would come again though. Overall a good value.
Dark needs more light. No window in the bedroom. No air circulation without leaving the front door opened. Needs TV in bedroom.

1 star to catch your attention
this is actually a 3 star for me, but i wanted to make sure everyone knew that the walls are paper thin as mentioned in other reviews. Snoring, conversations, EVERYTHING is heard! If you are not a light sleeper this place is for you! 5 stars for location, cleanliness, VIEWS, well stocked. Bed is comfortable, pullouts are not. short walk or drop-off at snowflake for quick access to mountain! ski down 4 O'clock to road and you very close to rental! parking is good. And last... 2 of the 3 hot tubs that you have access to close at 9:00 PM. too early. i booked late and options were very limited.
This property will allow you to walk to the base of Peak 9, saving you the challenge of parking. Even with ski boots on, the distance was fine. You can also walk an equal distance to the main drag of Breckenridge. I'd say both are less than a quarter mile away(500-600 yards). We never moved our rental car, since we bought groceries on the way in @ Walmart in Frisco. Nice condo, well stocked. Can't beat the location for the money. 5 grown men stayed here comfortably.
Sundowner was the perfect location for our family with 3 high school aged teens. The proximity to Main Street allowed them to shop and explore and the short 3 min walk up to the Snowflake lift (and ski back via 4’Oclock run) let everyone ski at their own pace and try different peaks.
The property is very clean and is tastefully appointed. Parking was painless. This was something I was needlessly worried about, especially during the high season. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. We had plenty of hot water and the two bathrooms made it easy for us to get to the slopes early. The property is warm and cozy … no drafts at all … and the view is very nice.
The property has a ski locker downstairs as well as a “mud nook” just inside the door to store ski boots and other gear. Lots of hooks to hang clothes and hats for overnight drying too.
The kitchen and bathrooms appear to have been remodeled within the last couple of years, so everything appeared (and smelled) clean and fresh.
Thank you for the wonderful stay.
Convenient location with nice view. Ski shuttle just a few minute walk from front door & Snowflake lift a 8-10 walk (but uphill from the unit). Accommodations were a bit snug for 6 of us with all our ski gear/luggage.
The bedroom & loft does get warm however slept with the patio door open and during day hours, did prop the front door open to help with the air flow. Has all the basic necessities in a kitchen for basic cooking. The bathrooms were equipped with standard toiletries including hair dryer. The sofa sleepers have come along way and were not horrible. Overall, if property is available again when we plan to make another Breckenridge trip, would rebook!
Overall it was a great place to stay for the price. However 6 people is extremely tight in this house. The house consist of a pull out couch in the living room, another pull out couch in the loft, then a queen size bed in the bedroom that connects directly to the loft. 6 adults with luggage takes up pretty much every inch of the house. I believe 2 adults and 4 kids would be fine. The place is listed as access to pool / hot tub just note the hot tub / pool area is a pretty good walk from the actual rental. There is no cable TV but great WiFi. We used a tablet to stream movies from to the tv. This place is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so be prepared to haul everything up 3 flights of stairs. The inside was super clean and updated. The views from the balcony were amazing. The house overall was great just a wanted to give some info to future renters.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
The property it self was perfect. The communication with the property manager was a nightmare.
As I said, no problem whatsoever with the property it self. The manager on the other hand, was incredibly rude. They gave us the wrong directions to the room so we were lost, climbing up amd down stairs in different buildings. After driving for half a day to get there to have to walk up and down stairs east too much. When we called she said you have the instructions just follow them, even before I told her that we were following the instructions. She said we are about to close so we can’t help you. I asked to speak to the manager she said I AM THE MANAGER... goodbye. We ended up knocking people’s doors until somebody gave us a clue of what was wrong and that’s how we finally found the room. Horrible experience.

Great location
This place had a great location. You could walk to a few different hikes, as well as A short walk to town. ThAt part was very convenient. The view was pretty nice as well. However the instructions on how to get to it were very detailed, the condo number wasn’t listed properly on the instructions, and the sign for the name of the condo was difficult to find at night because there is very little lighting. Also instructions on amenities were not very specific either. The unit was clean, but the bed was very uncomfortable.
This condo was good for us as a couple. Just the right size, nicely furnished, and relatively updated. With just one bedroom it could be awkward to accomodate more people. The upstairs/ loft bedroom, with no wondows or ceiling fan (due to low ceiling) was a bit warm and stuffy at night. We spent lots of time on the outdoor deck which has comfortable chairs. Overall, a solid Breckenridge value for the price.
Our family spent four days at the condo. Very clean and in a great location. We walked down to town every day. It’s a short walk to the Main Street. We ate at the Blue Moose for breakfast and it was fantastic! The condo didn’t have air, but the coolness of the mountains really made it comfortable. Nice place to stay!
