Breck StayCation

Great location and just simple enough for a little vacation over the weekend for myself and girlfriend. Would suggest to others as well. Walking to town is an ease and cool place.

Outdated abd needs fixing up

The place is very tired. Looks like it was built on the 70’s and never updated. Very tired. It is not ski in/out as listed.

Great location!

Great location! Will sleep 4, but small. We spent most of our time out and about, so it wasn't an issue. Location is about a 5 min walk to lift or Main Street.

Peaks 7&8 are my favorite. It is small so I wouldn’t rent if there were more than 2 people

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fun time here. It could be cleaner but it had more than enough amenities. The rollout really is comfortable.

Great spot

Enjoyed staying here. Feels bigger than the listing shows. Great location for everything in Breck. Shower was the only problem. Water pressure was non existent and constantly going from extreme cold to hot. Hard to enjoy a shower. Other than that, I would stay again here.

Cost and Comfortable

It was perfect for my wife and myself. No issues on check-in/out. The place was quiet with only hardly any noisy from the upstairs place that you would get at other places. Extremely easy walk to Main Street and either shuttle bus to slope. The place had all we needed. If you are looking for a nice clean simple small cozy place that is a great location I would recommend. Cheers!

Interior is old, all furniture is worn, bed was very springy and every move noticed by partner and couch is worn out , gross and in need of replacement. We placed a sheet over it. However the location if fantastic right by a brook and we saw a moose and her baby right out the window.

Cozy but outdated

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a cozy cottage for sure! It has a good walkable location and the staff were very attentive but the room is really outdated and the walls are very thin. We could hear everything from the units around us.

Breck

We stayed here for a month. The Location was very good. 8 minute walk to lifts and can ski back to condo down 4oclock run. Also an easy walk to town. We enjoyed the common area fireplace, hot tub, and game room. The unit was clean and property management was helpful. Also it was one of the cheaper units for the location - although still not cheap. It is a small 1 bedroom and very dated. It could use some repairs. The flooring has some rips. Still it was clean and functional for our purposes and we had a great stay.

clean, comfortable, but the front door leaks

The property was as-advertised. It was clean, the bed was comfortable. The problem was the front door didn't seal tight so when other people staying at the same location when outside to smoke pot at night, the fumes of the stench got sucked straight into the front door. It made me sick and I couldn't sleep after that. other than that, it was great.

The property was very run down. Uncomfortable broken down furniture. Dirty feeling because carpet was filthy, covered by another carpet. Bathroom dirty upon arrival. Bedding not adequate..

Smelly Unit

Everything was great but the smell of the unit was terrible. We opened all windows and turned on the fan on the microwave because the unit didn’t come with a portable fan. We left immediately to try and air it out. We came back and the smell was still lingering. Everything else about the stay was excellent.

Unit 4D

This is our third time staying in Park Meadows. Unfortunately it will probably be our last. Unit 4D was not clean and smelled of fish. Management was called but nothing really done. There was a filthy shower curtain in the bathroom and hair on the linens. The location of the facility is good, it is old and dated but we aren't picky in that regard. Basic cleanliness though is a must. For the price we feel we can find something better.

Disappointed in Condo

While location is very convenient to everything, the cleanliness and maintenance of the condo is quite poor. Half the microwave buttons didn’t work, the shower head trickled instead of sprayed, and the couch mattress was so lumpy my two young kids couldn’t even hardly sleep on it.
