3 BR, 2 BA Condo – Walk To Slopes/Main St – Sleeps 8!

Talk about location! You’re just a short walk away from the Quicksilver Chairlift and the Breckenridge Peak 9 base area and just a block away from the Breckenridge Free ride shuttle stop that can take you anywhere else in town – plus, Main Street is just a few blocks away. You’ll also enjoy access to the Columbine outdoor heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs just a short walk from the complex. And with high-end updates throughout the unit, your group will love Tamarisk Telemark Condo!

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condo is a nice retreat for families or groups of up to eight people. The spacious living room has floor-to-ceiling windows that let in great light, as well as a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV for catching a movie or the morning snow report. The fully equipped kitchen has been nicely updated with quartz counters and a beautiful dining table that seats six. And you can always step out onto the balcony to take in the crisp mountain air!

The Tamarisk complex is a wonderful choice as well. It’s a smaller, family-oriented complex with quiet hours starting at 10 p.m., so your whole group can catch a great night’s sleep after a long day of mountain adventures.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central laundry facility access, and parking for one vehicle. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Top notch location

This property is within walking distance of everything you could want. Kitchen is stocked incredibly well. Property manager was very responsive on the few small questions we had. We comfortably fit a family of six and all loved it! Thank you!

This was a great place to use as our base for a weekend exploring Breckenridge. The condo had everything we needed and was in a fantastic location.

the list is long From looking at the photos the condo looks great, but far from actually staying there. My fault for assuming they had a washer/dryer in the unit. No one wants to go on vacation for 5 days and have to lug 6 peoples clothes down to a shared laundry after a day of skiing. Thought the hot tub was on site, nope, it was across the street in another set of condos. The Master shower doors didn't seal properly so after showering, the floor has water everywhere. the toilet in the guest bathroom was leaking from the seal and it wasn't repaired for 24 hrs, then they forgot to put the seat back on the toilet and that wasn't fixed for another 24 hrs. So everyone in the condo had to use the bathroom in the master. Just picture being woken up over and over for 2 nights with people coming in to use the bathroom throughout the night. Dishwasher had to be run twice to properly clean the dishes. Food stains on the wall by the light switch in master bath. Mattress in master had a huge dip in it were you sink in, and the other mattresses were so hard it was a miserable night sleep. Drawer in the fridge was broken and we had to readjust it every time you closed the door. It would have been nice to have TV's in each room instead of having 3 families with kids in a tiny condo with only 1 TV. I will not be staying at that property again.

Great place to stay and looks recently renovated

The property is in pristine condition. Looks like it was recently renovated and was very cleaned. The only real concern was TV watching experience. There is no reclining or ability to extend your legs. Also, the TV is hidden from view and does not offer a way to angle so others can view the screen. Other than that, amrrally enjoyed this place.

Summer hiking vacation. Nice location with easy parking but walking into Breckinridge main shopping area took just a few minutes.Unit is updated and clean. Great for families as it had 3 bedrooms -one of them with double bunk beds and a kitchen with ample dish ware and food prep items.

Bourbon Tour Weekend

This place was perfect for our stay in KY to do a bourbon tour weekend. It was good central location to drive to the places we picked out and then being able to walk to dinner at the end of day was great. We should have planned more time to explore Bardstown - most of the store fronts were closed by the time we were back from the tours.

Disappointed.

Basic expectations were not met. We can't recommend this condo unfortunately. For example, we lost all water in the condo for an entire evening. We had a crew of 6 skiers that couldn't shower until the NEXT day. When the water did come back, it was cold and took forever to warm up to bearable. Our last day, the oven just stopped working while we were making breakfast. The internet was sporadic for our entire stay which was an issue as some people had to work. If you have two cars, it is a real pain to have to park it away from the complex at night. We arrived an hour early and texted the management company to see if we might be allowed to enter( even 15 minutes earlier) as we were standing outside the condo in the cold. We could see that no one was in there cleaning so it would have been nothing to just text us the code so we could get out of the cold. We did receive ONE free day off the cost of the condo for our inconveniences and the property manager did get back to us quickly. But overall, a very disappointing stay.

Beautiful Condo - Great Location

We absolutely loved the condo. It has all been recently updated and is beautiful. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked with anything one might need. The location is great - walkable into town. Only complaint is the internet was down from the moment we arrived. We were told it was down in the entire complex but it took days before they did anything about it. We arrived on Sat - and not until mid-day Tuesday, when they finally brought us a hot-spot, did we have internet. We were there with extended family - many of which had to work - and couldn't do so at the condo until Wednesday. They did give us one day's credit for our stay - but this was a major inconvenience and we would have preferred more urgency to remedy the situation. Also - only 1 parking spot was offered. For a condo that sleeps up to 8-10 people - I would imagine people need at least 2 cars (we had to park one in a public lot). I realize that is out of their control - but be prepared for this as overnight parking is very scarce in Breckenridge! Otherwise - would completely recommend this condo.

Great stay

Easy walk to town. Felt in the middle of things but removed enough to be peaceful. Good amount of living space for family of five. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils and cooking needs. Definitely recommend this property! PS. Laundry was easy and accessible. Pool was shallow and a little dirty but still enjoyed it.

Breckinridge Vacation

This property was very clean and well equipped. We had a great time. The only issue was the parking. One parking spot comes with the property, but we had two cars. They made no accommodations for additional cars. It was off season , and I would have paid extra for a second parking permit. There where plenty of extra spots available. Other than that we had a great time.

A 70's timemachine

Great little pad stuck in the 70's. A 5 minute walk to the lift and 10 minutes to town. The hot tub situation was a pain with covid but would be great otherwise.
