  • This elegant 3 bedroom condo in the perfectly located Village at Breckenridge features unrivaled views of gorgeous mountains on Peaks 10, 9 and 8 -- and also picturesque Maggie Pond! You are located in the most convenient location as it is a true ski-in/ski-out – you can see a Quicksilver Chairlift from your balcony.

    The interior of this gorgeous condo not only gives you a feel of the mountain vibe with the wood décor, but also a sense of luxury. The design features hand-painted artwork, high-end furnishings, rock granite countertops, and a stunning rock fireplace that all come together to create an unforgettable mountain escape. Massive windows and sliding glass balcony doors give the unit a spacious feel and also an abundance of natural light. While relaxing in the living area or on the main balcony, you will enjoy access to some of the most spectacular scenery – this unit boasts the best views in the entire village.

    With three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and enough bedding to comfortably sleep ten adults, this 1,392 square foot unit is guaranteed to please families and friend groups. You will find that the condo comes stocked with all of the items essential for a great vacation: Central heating, a gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked with plate ware and cookware, multiple flat-screen TVs with cable, high speed wireless internet, and more.

    Each of the three bedrooms features plush sleeping arrangements and access to one of the unit’s private balconies. The master suite guest will enjoy a queen bed and views of Maggie Pond/ Quicksilver Chairlift while guests in the spare queen bedroom and two double bedroom will have views of the ski school and plaza. The double vanity guest bathroom provides ample space for busy mornings and also provides great views of the ski runs. After a day on the slopes, you can choose to enjoy your meals around the beautiful wood table in the adjacent dining area, with seating for 8 people, or at the barstool seating at the kitchen counter (seats 4).

    It is nearly impossible to beat the location of the Village at Breckenridge! The resort is known for its prime location and for being a true ski-in / ski-out property. Resort amenities include indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, exercise room, cable TV, and free wireless internet. Because the property is half a block from downtown, you won’t need a car - skiing, outlet stores, restaurants, and more are only a short walk away! In the summer, head over to the nearby horse stables for a scenic scenic ride, or explore any of Breckenridge’s many hiking trails.

Location, location, location. Perfect for skiing family with different time lines- walk out the door around a building and you are at the base of the Quicksilver. Just what I was looking for on this trip! Accessing Main Street Breck after skiing was just as convenient!

Great location and layout, but I'm glad I didn't pay normal, full price for the unit. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in the amenities. Carpets were dirty, trim work was falling off (even though someone nailed it as it sat, and baths and showers were very dated, scratched and most of the towel rods were literally falling off the walls. I expect much more for a 1.5m - 2.0m condominium

Great trip, very easy check in and check out process, the unit was clean, however I would say a little dated. We requested a couple of box fans and they were quickly provided. I would stay there again, great location. I would prefer the curtains in the bedrooms to be more blackout style to reduce light early in the morning.

Nice property, best location

This property was perfect for our family. The location can’t be beat. You are at the quicksilver lift within 3 minutes of closing the door. Check in/out was simple. The only issues we had were the toilets and the lack of enough towels. Both toilets took forever to flush and flushed with very little power. The condo had 10 towels, but it’s $10 a load to wash/dry. For the price of the condo there should be more towels instead of having to wash towels and $10 a load several times. Parking is also expensive at $45 a night and limited to 1 car. We had to park another car offsite. All that said, I would highly recommend this property.

SO close to the slopes!

Our group had an amazing time during our stay here. You can’t beat the location: literally right by the slopes and it’s only a short walk to the lift. (Probably around 2 min including getting down elevator). We were pleasantly surprised to see they had a closet dedicated for storing gear right inside the door. There were some slight drawbacks. As other reviewers had mentioned the parking isn’t great. It’s an additional cost and the garage filled up pretty quick at night. We had to wait around 15 min one evening looping around the garage until someone left which was pretty inconvenient. Luckily the garage is close by so it’s not terrible to park in if you’re lucky enough to find a spot. Overall, we would 100% stay here again. The ease of walking everywhere outweighed the troublesome parking situation and we had a great time.

I have a mixed review. Picking up keys offsite after hours was good. Parking and finding your unit are really difficult. Pool area is really small. That was disappointing. Unit is in a good location. Unit needs new carpet since there are a lot of stains. Furniture on back deck needs to be replaced. Shouldn’t have to return your keys to another location. That is a hassle. Living room furniture is tired looking. Beds were okay but needs new comforters. The bathroom door was missing so a curtain was hung. That was kind of strange. Kitchen was great. Overall I would recommend this but you need to be aware of extra cleaning fees and issues with unit.

Nice place BUT…..

The condo itself is lovely, and as described by previous reviewers. The furniture could use a little updating as well as the bedding. The kitchen is great and it’s perfect for several couples or a family. The woodburning fireplace is great! And there was plenty of wood in the unit. Here are some negatives that I think are very much worth mentioning. There is no on site Parking. Therefore, if you drive like we did from Denver we had to park a half a mile away and walk back-and-forth to the resort. If you are coming from out of state and taking transportation from the airport you don’t need a car everything is in walking distance and therefore you won’t need to worry about parking. The resort itself is definitely dated. While we were there, the elevator broke for two hours also, the hot tub and sauna and pool are quite a ways away from this unit about a 15 minute walk outside. The views from the unit are beautiful and you can walk right to the Quicksilver lift. The skiing was amazing so it makes up for all of these little inconveniences, except for the parking that was a huge problem.

A step away from the slopes

Our group really enjoyed our stay here. The lifts were literally right outside the condo and maybe a 2 min walk away (including going down elevator). The convenience of being able to walk everywhere around Breck Village was amazing. The check-in process was super easy too. You just need to download an app and that’s what you use to unlock everything. We were also pleasantly surprised to see there is a closet right inside the condo for storing your gear. They also have three hot tubs just a short walk away which were heated to perfection. That being said, the biggest issue we had was parking. It’s an additional cost/night and limited to only one vehicle. We found parking just fine the first day, but the second evening we circled around for probably close to 15 min waiting for someone to leave. So just keep that in mind when planning your stay. The listing also says it sleeps 10 people (which is how large our group was) but maybe not 10 grown adults. It has two queens, two double beds, and a pullout couch. Luckily, we found two air mattresses in the closet (one was missing a cap so it was defective) but we thankfully brought one of our own + extra sheets so everyone had a bed. Not a big deal, but just something to keep in mind. Also the toilets flush at an extremely glacial pace. Not a big issue but was little odd. Overall, we had an amazing time and loved the location. You really can’t beat it. Even though the parking is super inconvenient I would 100% stay here again!

Great views and location

We enjoyed our week at the Ten Mile condo; the views are spectacular! The condo, overall, is in need of attention. Let's start with the kitchen, the sink has a leak in the faucet; we reported it, and no one ever showed up to repair it. We had to stop using the sink due to the floor flooding. If you looked under the sink the pipes were being help together by zip ties. The freezer door would not close properly, the stove top would not heat unless it was set on 7 and above. The frying pans are not worth using unless you want Teflon poisoning. The room with the double beds are in need of being replaced. We purchased mattress pads to make the beds more comfortable, considering one person slept higher on side than the other. The second bed has a valley in the middle. The primary room mattress is very uncomfortable and needed a mattress pad also. The bathroom mat in the primary bath is thread bear and has stains underneath it. Please toss it---it's time!! Ski Colorado did offer to pay for the mattress pads and a couple of pillows, that was nice. The extra pillows are stained and need to be thrown away. The living room couch is worn out and feels like you are sitting on the metal bars to the couch bed, that's if the cushions stay on the couch. The oversized chair in the window is broken and leans to one side. I truly wish I could give this unit a five star but the 8 of us felt like the unit is in need of updating. If the owners will spend a little on the unit it would be amazing and we would stay here yearly, until the unit is updated we will continue to look elsewhere. On a positive the unit is clean.

Everything was really perfect, especially the location close to slopes and lifts! Only problem was that the rollaway hide-a-bed was broken and inoperable. We also couldn’t park our oversized van in parking garage so we had to tote our luggage and items all the way across the courtyard from the small cul de sac to the condominium.

1301 Antero is a fantastic corner unit with great views of the mountain, the pond, and the village plaza. Plenty of space for our party of 6 (4 adults and 2 children) and very comfortable. If you have a car, make sure you reserve a spot in the parking garage. If a spot is not available each night of your stay, it's a bit tricky, but Justin works with you and will help you sort it out. For ski school, this property was excellent since it's in the same building. Plus, you can see the little ski school hill from the unit and walk right to it in no time to drop off or pick up the kiddos. Walking to the Quicksilver chair from the unit is super quick and easy. There's two Christy Sports close to the building as well if you're renting equipment. Great unit and great location; would stay again if we ever return to Breck. Justin was always very helpful when I called with many questions. I always recommend booking direct with a local agency such as Ski Colorado Vacation Rentals and never with VRBO or those other booking sites that tack on so many extra fees.
