Celebrate Summer in the Mountains. Art fairs, cycling, golf, hiking, rafting
Come stay in our gorgeous, fully remodeled top-floor condo with vaulted ceilings, a lofted second level, and an unbeatable location. Use the beautifully appointed kitchen to prepare apres ski meals or relax by the fire in the great room. This three bedroom unit comfortably sleeps 8 in beds. Three full bathrooms provide plenty of space for all.
Leave your car in the garage and walk to the 4th of July parade or Santa Run On Main Street, two and half blocks away. If you'd prefer not to walk, a free in-town shuttle is available to the shops, Peaks 8 and 9, and the gondola. Stay close to the heart of it all and see why locals and tourists alike love this town. Whether it's Oktoberfest, world class cycling, sleigh rides, ice sculptures, film festivals, music , art, or the Dew Tour, there is always something fun happening on Main Street Breckenridge. Our location is close enough to make it all accessible while remaining quiet and private.
At night enjoy the restaurants, live music and fun that the old historic town of Breckenridge has to offer. In the summer take a hike among the windflowers, get boating on Lake Dillon, kayak or fish the trout-filled streams.
Third floor loft has full bath, washer/dryer, two queen beds, plus sitting area. Great for kids, teens, or another couple.
Like to grill? We do! Use the grill on our small deck all year round. The kitchen was lovingly redone by a master craftsman complete with all new appliances, cooktop, and Bosch dishwasher.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Great lodging, convenient location to the gondola and Main Street, surprising inventory of cooking pots and pans, ample and open space to share dinner and drinks with family and friends, charming aesthetics with a cozy fireplace, and communicative and friendly hosts. I highly recommend.

Was a fantastic place for 2 families to share time in such a beautiful place. The apartment was in a really central location, walking distance to the main street and on the free bus route.The apartment had everything we needed for a comfotable stay, the hosts were very receptive to any of our requests.Thanks for having us.

Warm and welcoming space! Amazing kitchen that was well stocked to prepare meals. Tons of space with a fabulous loft! Balcony has a lovely view of a smaller peak I often found myself looking at. Perfect location—walkable to Main Street with shopping and restaurants but a bit removed for some respite from the crowds. Walkable to the gondola. The only time we drove was to get groceries in Frisco. Definitely on our places to return to!!!

Great place, great location, great host
This is our second stay. The condo is perfect for a small friend or family group w 3 bedrooms. The condo is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is large and stocked with anything you could want for cooking. The dining area and living room are very comfortable. The building has an underground garage and ski equipment lockers - very convenient for winter trips. The location is a quick walk to the main street action in Breck. The host is great - friendly and welcoming, a fast communicator, and very helpful.

Great place, great location and very well appointed.
We stayed the week of New Year’s and thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the condo. We had four adults and four kids in our group and we found the accommodations to be very comfortable. We cooked breakfast/dinner most nights and found the kitchen to be very well equipped with nearly everything you could want. The access to the town, gondola and bus system was excellent. We made many memories and will certainly be back again.

Great place, perfect for families or small groups
Lovely place for a Breck vacation -just as nice as it is described. Easy location to walk downtown or to the mountain. The condo was comfortable - home like not IKEA decor. Multiple bathrooms, fine internet, very comfortable living room/den with fireplace
The kitchen was large for multiple cooks and attractive - the best stocked kitchen with cooking and serving items than any short term rental we've had. The indoor garage was great for parking and handling supplies for your stay.
Mary Ann was a super communicator - fast, clear, easy communications.
I have nothing but positives for this condo. We were all very comfotable to settle in for the evening after a day at the mountain or a day in town. I definately recommend this condo without hesitation and will seek to rent again in the future

The communication with Mary Ann was great. The condo had everything we needed to cook some of our meals in. The instructions for everything were perfect: ski locker, hot tub/pool, getting to/from the mountain. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo with well-stocked kitchen!
We had such a great time! Mary Ann was incredibly responsive to our questions, and the condo was very cozy and well-located. We love to cook and were impressed by how well-equipped the kitchen was.
We'd absolutely stay here again 🙂.

Just a couple of blocks from running trails, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, drinks, and ice cream!
Great updated kitchen & enough room for family movie night.
Super clean apartment and appreciated the fans! Nice to have 3 full bathrooms too!
Quick highway access too for day trips.

Fantastic Place!!!
Let me start by saying that this home is in the PERFECT location! It is a quick (2 block) walk to all the shopping and dining on Main Street. It is also a short five minute walk to the gondola. Even though this home is super close to downtown, it's in a quiet and quaint neighborhood if you want to step back from the hustle and bustle. Mary Ann was very responsive to any questions that arose and was helpful with dining and activity suggestions. The kitchen was well stocked with many staples and any cookware you might need. Paper goods were ample and all the beds were comfy. Breck was beautiful in the summer, and I can only imagine how charming it would be in the winter. When we come back to Breck, we will always choose this beautiful place!

Week of July 4th
The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Unbeatable location, could walk anywhere in town in minutes. Place was clean, kitchen was stocked, and bathrooms were plentiful. Only issue was the bedrooms stayed warm all week. Even with keeping windows and doors open as much as possible. No AC is standard in in Breck, but having half the windows facing the courtyard kept it from cooling off.

Perfect location in Breckenridge
This is a spacious, well equipped condo walking distance to everything you could need. MaryAnn was particularly helpful on several occasions. The views from the balcony are lovely and the courtyard will take your breath away. It’s well maintained with tables, outdoor seating areas and so many gorgeous flowers. The outdoor sculptures are whimsical and add to the charming courtyard. You will want to cook in this well equipped kitchen.
As the listing states, there is no A/C and even on high 60’s, 70 degree days, it can get stuffy. As the listing recommends, opening the front door and balcony sliding door creates a perfect breeze. It cools the interior down nicely. However leaving the front door open isn’t feasible through the night. The upstairs loft has a large, well ventilating ceiling fan but there are no windows to open to let cool air in. We could only find one electric fan , it would be nice if both downstairs bedrooms had standing electric fans. Obviously the stuffiness isn’t an issue during ski season, in fact it likely adds to the coziness!

Clean, Cozy, Comfortable, Convenient!
This home is perfect and everything was represented accurately in the description. This could not have been a more perfect place for us to stay. All of the accommodations were fantastic so we just added to the supply of hand and dish soap along with all paper products: tissues, TP, paper towels! We weren't sure what to expect! We had stopped at the one Walmart on our way from the Denver airport to stock up on food for the stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Time In Breck
The property was perfect for 7 adults, plenty of room, comfortable, warm. Lots of cooking equipment and condiments to make cooking a breeze. Close to town and the Gondola. It was a holiday of a lifetime. Thankyou Mary Ann!
