Tyra Streamside Wolf’s Lair Condo comfortably sleeps eight and is a perfect choice for families or multiple couples. The living area is a wonderful place to gather and catch a movie on the large flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances for whipping up your favorite meals. The dining table has seating for six, and there’s room for three more at the bar more. Just out the door from the dining area, kick back and enjoy the sound of the stream which runs right by the patio while you watch the skiers board the Snowflake lift! There’s also excellent access to trails from this home during the summer months.
In-unit amenities include a washer and dryer and complementary Wi-Fi; you can also enjoy the complex clubhouse with shared indoor/outdoor hot tubs. Every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Special Unit Notes – Please Read: - No Pets / No Smoking. - A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in. - Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old. - Parking: 2 parking spaces. - No air conditioning. Great accommodations. Comfortable with many amenities. Very responsive to questions. Perfect lift access (walk across street) and ski back to the building at end of day. Definitely will try to book this unit in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and well stocked with towels, toilet paper, linens, blankets, tissue paper, trash bags, etc. The kitchen could be better stocked and organized, but management was excellent and quick with responding.The location is great. A short walk to town.Will definitely stay here again.

Family Trip to Breck
Great location for skiing. Easy 5 minute walk to lift, convenient ski off form four O'clock run. Condo had everything we needed. Property Manager was very responsive.
