Mountain Cabin Ambiance 5 min. from Downtown Breck
Escape to this cozy mountain cabin for your next winter adventure! Located above 10,000ft, on Highway 9 only 4 miles from Breckenridge Main Street and Gondola, this updated cabin offers fast, easy access to world-class skiing and award-winning dining. Guests can enjoy the amenities of downtown Breck after a day on the mountain before retreating back to the peace and quiet of this cabin in the woods and warming up in front of the fireplace.
The Layout -
• 2 story cabin featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
• Full kitchen with all the appliances and gadgets necessary to make full meals
• Dining table with seating for 6
• Comfortable living room with vaulted ceilings, a leather couch, two chairs, flat screen TV, and gas fireplace
• Laundry room with washer and dryer off the kitchen
• Spacious porch and outdoor space
• Wooded setting
Sleeping Areas -
• Bedroom 1: On first floor, features a king bed, TV, and large closet.
• Bedroom 2: On first floor featuring a queen bed, flat screen TV; located directly next to hallway full bathroom
• Bedroom 3: Upstairs bedroom featuring a queen bed and two sets of pyramid (twin over full) bunk beds, flatscreen TV and attached full bathroom.
• 7 separate beds across 3 bedrooms
Outdoor Areas -
• Large porch with a BBQ grill, outdoor dining table, gas fire pit table, and 4 Adirondack chairs
• Private wooded backyard setting
• Ample parking for up to 5 cars
Location:
• 5 minutes south of Breckenridge Ski Area and Main Street/downtown.
• 5 minutes from the McCullough Gulch trailhead.
• 6 minutes from the Quandary Peak trailhead (please check parking rules and regulations).
• 10 minutes from the top of Hoosier Pass, featuring sweeping views of the southern valley and the many 14ers located there. Several hiking trails in the area as well.
• Please note - this property is located directly on Highway 9. Traffic may be heard from the highway, especially if windows are open.
Provided Items:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hair dryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

• Well-stocked properties with quality items.
Other things to note:
» The minimum age to rent is 25.
» Maximum occupancy (8) cannot be exceeded at any time.
» There is a $25 fee to return lost and found items, in addition to any shipping charges.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time. We are not responsible for inadequately equipped vehicles that are unable to navigate the driveway or surrounding roads.
» Property mountain access details are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses, opening and closing dates.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 10,000ft and is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
