Absolutely breathtaking!!  This Breckenridge vacation home is known as View Manor. Views of snow capped mountains, views of star filled nights, views of scarlet red sunsets, views from almost every window. With five star amenities, private spaces and roomy interiors, View Manor is certain to rejuvenate your 'view.' The home is tastefully adorned in Colorado lodge style with premium furnishings. Included are spacious bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. There are log accents in the entryway, quality cabinets and beautiful granite counter tops. Relax after a hard day of skiing/snowboarding in this beautifully decorated vacation house. The two gas-log fireplaces and Colorado lodge decor will help create the ultimate mountain experience. In one of the best locations in Breckenridge and Summit County, the vacation home is quiet and has beautiful views of aspen, pine trees, and the mountains. 

This home is located near a free shuttle stop that goes to the town and the ski gondola lot. This Summit county property has many amenities. The duplex is surrounded by trees and backs up to open space. A heated two car garage keeps you and your car out of the snow. Unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Awesome house close to slopes

Great property for a large group or family. Hot tub and pool tables are a nice touch. Location is excellent, just minutes from the slopes. Our family has stayed here twice and will visit again!

Great mountain home!

Great home. Easy to access and very close to amazing trailheads. The hot tub was a big hit and the fact that every bedroom has its own bathroom is just fantastic!

Fantastic Family Ski Trip

We enjoyed our stay at this property with family from both coasts and all ages. We appreciate that the home was well appointed with everything from a great kitchen, hot tub, two living areas, and a decorated Christmas tree.

Awesome stay!

This was a perfect house about ten minutes from Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Copper. Pictures don’t do it justice - rooms were very spacious, and living areas were large. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Ski Vacation!

We loved David’s place! It was clean, warm and cozy. The house is located in the mountains with a great view, and there are shuttles to Breckenridge every hour. The hot tub was amazing to have and the beds were very comfy.

Best Ski Vacay Yet!

Perfect location to hit the slopes with our large group who enjoyed the comforts and convenience of awesome accommodations. Hot tub, on-suite, game room and large kitchen were just some of the highlights -- we will be back! Support and communication were top notch -- don't miss this gem!

Great place to stay for skiing

Wonderful house for large family to enjoy skiing the Breckenridge area. Quick access to mountain. House had all the amenities you would need including a fully stocked kitchen. Perfect hot tub and pool table. David was very responsive to all questions. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic mountain escape!

The house was better than the photos! We felt lucky to have found this special mountain location for our family to reunite and enjoy some beautiful ski days. We cooked breakfast and dinner most days in the well stocked kitchen. David is easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place.

Great times with family.

Wow what a beautiful location. It’s hard to beat coming home to hot tub on the deck overlooking the beautiful valley across from Breckenridge. The views are spectacular. The home is well furnished. Overall a great time. The host was very attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns we had.

Great house

We had an amazing stay at View Manor! The house was well stocked with everything you could need. It was very clean and even nicer and more spacious than it appears in the pictures. The hot tub was fantastic, and the beds were comfortable. It was very convenient to have a shuttle stop close by. David was a great host, he was very responsive and accommodating when we had trouble getting out on time due to the weather.

AWESOME!

This home was perfect for our little family reunion! We all loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom, kids loved the pool table & adults loved the hot tub! It was a great week! David was very responsive with any questions we had! Highly recommend this beautiful cabin!

Great family getaway place

the photos don't do justice to this great place - lots of room for family to dine, hang out, hot tub, play pool, plus have their own room to retreat to for a good sleep at night. Beautiful view of Breck ski hill and mountains. Nice hike close by up Mt.Baldy road. Easy to manage ski equipment in garage. Nice to have extra fridge in garage for food to feed this crew for 5 days.

Favorite Place on Earth!

This house is a gem perfectly located in walking distance from the shuttle that takes you directly to the slopes and a trailhead to the top of bold mountain. The view of Breck resort is to die for and hot tub is an amazing cherry on top to the whole package. The house is very clean and has lots of amenities like humidifiers, everything needed for cooking, grill, games etc. This is our second time here and we hope to come back again!

Annual family ski trip

We sometimes fly and other times drive in a motor home from Indiana for a yearly ski trip in Colorado. We have been staying here for several years now and find the house and location perfect for our large group. The house is well maintained and the host is available when needed. The Shuttle picks up right down the street and we love the area. Thanks so much for another great year skiing with my family Ron Sloan Family from Indiana

Family gathering for Holiday Week

Our crew ranging from 4 to ‘near 80 years old came to this amazing spot for skiing and family time. We could not have been happier with location - size of the house - and privacy with so many rooms and bathrooms. Everyone had their needed space and yet we all felt we were together. Hot tub fantastic. Being able to jump on the bus from the corner made skiing a breeze. If you are looking for a family home - look no further!!

Very comfortable stay for a group of 10 adults

Layout of the house was excellent, plenty of room for 10 adults. Beds were comfortable. hot tub view spectacular. Would stay again. Needs a new dishwasher and better lighting. Would also recommend all-wheel drive since the drive way is a switch back and was icy during our stay. Difficult to maneuver with front wheel drive.

Family Christmas Vacation

Our stay was 5 Stars all the way. David was the best host we have ever had. He was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. The house itself was perfect for a large group of different ages. We had 11 total ranging from 1 years old to 75. Everything was well thought out and available at the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic week at Emmett Lode

Emmett Lode/View Manor is an amazing place! Our three families (16 people) totally enjoyed our week's stay in July/August 2009. The kitchen is large and open for great conversation (and meals). We had plenty of room - the kids loved the pool table and PS2 in the lower level. The hiking, biking and sights available are awesome. The home was perfect for our reunion - large, welcoming, and clean. And the Dunton's made it easy to plan our trip. All thumbs up!

Amazing home with amazing views!

We had such a wonderful time at this spectacular home! It feels like it's away from it all, but you can be in downtown Breckenridge in 6-7 minutes! (The shuttle stop is also right outside the door~we didn't use it, but we commented how convenient it would be in the winter!) We enjoyed the hummingbirds, the fox that visited, and the AMAZING mountain views!!! Relaxing in the hot tub looking at the beautiful views was something we'll always remember. Also, the beds were SO comfortable~and the home has everything you could possibly need! You will be so pleased with your choice to stay here!
