"This hotel is perfectly located; it's walking distance to everything - dining, shopping, museums, plus the Metro and Tram stops are just outside the hotel. We booked a Tower Executive room and it was large, comfortable, clean, plenty of storage space, with an amazing view and ample bathroom; the elevator was always quick to arrive. The access to the breakfast area was not great (kind of dark tunnel), but the breakfast was very good. Will definitively recommend "

"Great place to stay for Efteling. Right next to the park, with its own entrance. Rooms are top-dollar but they're big, clean and comfy. Restaurants are fine, with a nice breakfast menu and good dinner selection. Some of the menu is nouvelle-style - fish portions are tiny, for example, so look around and clock what looks good on other plates. I recommend the bar snacks platter, enjoyed it for dinner. The staff are amazing - so friendly, and Famke was just so helpful when we had ticket issues, incredibly professional. Only snag - no snacks and drinks at reception, all has to be bought from the bar, where it comes opened-up."

"This is the second time staying at the Citizen M in Rotterdam. I think it is perfect for a solo traveler, and well most likely stay here again."

"This hotel was outstanding! The staff was so friendly and very attentive. We stayed with a 7 year old and were going to Efteling amusement park and this was a 10 minute walk. 10/10. "
