A hallway leads to the sleeping area with a shower room (shower, vanity unit, towel warmer), a separate toilet, and the bedroom: a double bed (140 cm), wardrobe, and chest of drawers. Please note: there are no shutters in the bedroom, but a blackout blind.
The living room opens onto a pleasant courtyard furnished with garden furniture (table, chairs, charcoal barbecue) and an awning, ideal for al fresco dining.
There is no private parking space, but parking is available on the neighboring streets.
