「The instructions in the room about getting your vehicle out of the parking garage are incorrect. The management has admitted this needs to be updated, but they haven't done it yet. You need to scan the original paper receipt from the parking garage when you leave the garage, NOT the key card from your room.
Otherwise, our stay was very smooth and we were very happy with the room.」

The pool is across their marketing and photography. When we arrived we were told the pool and hot tub were closed for the season. Had we known this we would have booked a different hotel. The photos and marketing are misleading and nothing was offered to help make it right. The front desk person wouldn't even make eye contact with...

「The pool, particularly the jacuzzi is not good. The surface is uncomfortable to walk on, the jacuzzi is not hot enough to call it a jacuzzi. When I told staff he insisted it was hot as allowed. Cold water was coming from the jets until he went in the pump room, then warmer water came out.
Breakfast was good. Balcony was too small!」
