“Trail of ants in the living room and kitchen. Dryer wasn't working properly. Grass hadn't been mowed in months and was at least a foot tall. Compared to neighboring waterfront properties, this place looks like it hasn't been tended to and not lived in. And the HVAC unit was on the fritz our entire stay.
