We stayed 2 nights and it was exceptionally clean. It has a huge living area but lacking on furniture. The twin bed did not have sheets provided. I finally found a cover and a pillow but that was all. The kitchen had a coffee maker and coffee so I was set!

This is a cute place to stay right in downtown Brenham. The clean linens and towels were appreciated. The cool a/c and hot shower were nice after a hot day of walking around downtown. We enjoyed the balcony after the sun went down.

First Trip to Round Top Antiques Week

This place was perfect! Large and spacious which made for a wonderful stay. The large open loft was great to relax and watch tv in the evening. The Main Street of brenham is great! Many walkable restaurants and antique shops nearby. Great parking and easy check in. Quick communication with our manager for the one question during our stay.

Texas arts and music festival

This is the second time we have stayed here, whenever we plan a trip to Brenham this is the place we try to stay. We really enjoyed it.

Great location in a historic building

The building is right in the heart of downtown, easy to walk to everything. The Rex building has lots of character, the top floor rental is huge with a small balcony. Will definitely return!

Great Location and Comfortable

My wife and I have stayed here three or four times now and every time we see little new improvements. Any time we visit everything is perfect, this is a hidden gem and anyone wanting to stay in town really should check out this owner and his properties. But don’t schedule when I want to come to town, lol.

Lovely location and facility

Property was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay. Easy parking and in the heart of downtown making it simple to walk town, enjoy the shops and eat. Highly recommend.

Birthday Wishes

The property is spacious and love the brick walls. Glad my mom did not go with me, as she would never have made it up the three flights of stairs. Was thankful for a later check out since it was originally 10 am. Checking in at 3 & out by 10 does not give much time to enjoy the space. Was not happy about paying a large cleaning fee(I am always tidy and clean up after myself), but to then have a message sent with the confirmation that I had to do my own dishes made me wonder why I paid a cleaning fee, in addition to an “other services fee.” For this reason, I probably would not rent this property or any other from VBRO again. I was supposed to be on vacation for my birthday and wished the cleaning fee could at least be refundable if I had to spend time cleaning instead of celebrating or relaxing. Side note, the couches and daybed cover were probably clean, but appeared stained and dirty.

Great Stay

Great location for enjoying downtown Brenham. Nice size space for a couple’s getaway. Clean, easy access & parking. Good restaurants, coffee spots, live music options and Brazos Valley Brewing all in walking distance.

Acceptable

- Description stated DirecTV - but only had basic cable, with very limited selection. - Bed was VERY uncomfortable. In fact, we ended up cutting our trip short so we could get home a day early and sleep in our own beds :-( - I would not go on a Mon/Tues again, as there are very little choices for dining options. Seems like Brenham shuts down after 5. Over all, it was pleasant, but probably would not stay again.

Perfect for a Roundtop shopping weekend.

This place was perfect for our group of 4 friends. Right off the courthouse square in downtown Brenham and easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The set up and communication with the owner was perfect and easy.

10/10 all around experience!

I stayed at this property for 10 days while working on a project in Brenham. The unit is very spacious, unique, super clean, stocked with all essentials, and I had the BEST sleep! The bed is very comfortable, and the room is super dark and very quiet! Loved the central location right in the middle of charming downtown Brenham, where I could walk to restaurants, shops, and nearby parks. The host is very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely return to this property! Thank you Peter and Elena for providing such a positive experience! 🙏☺️
