Es war eine ruhige, helle Wohnung. Die Lage war gut. Eigentlich sehr schön, wenn es nicht die Abstriche geben würde. Der Geschirrspüler funktionierte von Anfang bis Ende nicht, sowie die Waschmaschine. Die Betten waren sehr hart. Wir sind zwar nicht zum Fernsehen schauen im Urlaub, aber wenigstens ein Deutsches Programm wäre schön gewesen. Es gab keine Bier oder Schnapsgläser. Aber ein Weinglas für 5 Leute war vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern kühlten nicht wirklich. Alles in allem, man bezahlt viel Geld und die Hälfte was man gebucht hatte, wird nicht erfüllt. Sogar das Wlan Passwort war verkehrt aufgeschrieben.

Tolle, neue Wohnung mit kleinen Mängel...

Sehr gute Lage, direkt am See. Vom Lärm der Hauptstraße hat man in den Schlafräumen überhaupt nichts bekommen. Tolle Bäder und auch der Rest der Einrichtung ist sehr lobenswert. Etwas gründlichere Reinigung wäre wünschenswert. Im Bereich der Decken gibt es doch einige Spinnweben die vom Reinigungsservice 'übersehen' wurden. Leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage nur im Wohnbereich, trotz einiger Nachrichten an die FeWo-Vermittlung konnten das Problem während unserer Urlaubes nicht gelöst werden. Auf eine Kulanzerstattung ist man überhaupt nicht eingegangen... Die Kommunikation per WhatsApp mit 'MyGardaHoliday' ist nur bedingt gut, da die Rückantworten sehr zeitverzögert erfolgen. Neue Kissen in den Schlafzimmern wären eine tolle Investition für die nächsten Gäste.
