The Space
The apartment spans the ground and first floors; there are two entrances—one pedestrian entrance from the courtyard and one directly from the garage.

On the first floor is a large eat-in kitchen with a bioethanol fireplace, exposed brick, and resin flooring—everything you need to enjoy lunches or dinners with friends.

An industrial-style iron staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the spacious living room featuring a 75" 4K HD smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube, as well as a modular corner sofa that can be converted into a very comfortable double bed with the addition of a topper.

The living room leads to the master bedroom, which features a double bed and a small en-suite bathroom with a shower for added comfort.

Also on the first floor, through a small hallway equipped with a washing machine and sink, you’ll find the second bedroom with two single beds and the spacious main bathroom, featuring hardwood floors, wall-mounted fixtures, and complimentary toiletries.

Guests have access to the entire apartment and are entitled to one parking space in the covered garage and one covered space for a motorcycle; any additional cars can be parked along the street in front of the apartment.
