Discover the charm of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen with a stay at the beautiful Fero Breskens vacation home. Located in picturesque Breskens, this vacation home offers the perfect base for a relaxing vacation by the coast. With room for up to 7 guests, spread across 3 comfortable bedrooms and a modern bathroom, this 94-square-meter home is ideal for young families. A place to truly enjoy time together!

The house dates from the late 1990s. In 2025, we renovated the interior of the house ourselves. We installed a new bathroom, a new kitchen, and two new toilets. We also replaced the flooring on both the first floor and the upper floor. New furniture and box springs have been added throughout the house. The vacation home’s interior was inspired by the Zeeland coast and the Zeeland dunes.

On the first floor, you’ll find three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a double sink with a large mirror. The shower is equipped with a rain showerhead and a handheld showerhead. Towels, shower gel, shampoo, and a hair dryer are provided. We provide one 50 x 100 cm towel and one 70 x 140 cm towel per person.
Two bedrooms are furnished with two single box-spring beds and an open clothing rack. You can push the single beds together to create a double bed. The other bedroom has a double box-spring bed, as well as an open rack for storing all your clothes. This room also includes a crib (60 x 120 cm) with a mattress and a changing table.
We took great care in selecting the beds and therefore chose high-quality box springs with good pocket springs and mattresses. All beds are made up upon arrival.

The first floor:
We’ll send you the code for the key locker in advance so you can enter the house through the front door. You’ll enter the hallway, where you’ll find the staircase on your left leading to the bedrooms and bathroom. Next to it is a second separate restroom. The next door leads to the spacious living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, range hood, combi oven, refrigerator, freezer, pots and pans, plates and glasses, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. You’ll also find an inventory list detailing everything available in the home.
You can sit at the table for a cozy breakfast with your family. There are 6 chairs and a TripTrap high chair. But if the weather is nice, you can also eat outside. The patio is accessible through a door next to the dining table.
In the living room’s seating area, there’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy watching TV together. There’s also a door there that leads to the large garden, where the kids can burn off all their energy.

The large garden offers plenty of space to play with your children or grandchildren. There’s a spacious garden table for cozy outdoor meals and a comfortable lounge area to relax. Looking for even more peace and quiet? Sink into the lounge chairs on our deck by the water and leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind. Enjoy the sunset with a drink and a treat! There are two parking spaces right next to the house, as well as an electric charging station.
Additional parking spaces for park visitors are located a short walk away in a large parking lot.

Pets are not allowed in the house, and smoking is prohibited (no cigarettes, no cigars, no e-cigarettes, etc.).
Hosting parties in the vacation rental is also not permitted.

The vacation home is located in the Zeebad vacation park. The park offers a wide range of facilities for all ages. You’ll find an indoor swimming pool, a café-restaurant, and various sports and play fields. Children can have fun in the playground or at the Koos Kids Club.
The beaches of Breskens have been awarded the Blue Flag, the European standard for clean and safe marinas and beaches, and are among the ten cleanest beaches in the Netherlands! The vacation home is located 100 meters from the beautiful Zeeland beach. Waterdunen is also within walking distance of the vacation home. It’s highly recommended for enjoying this beautiful nature reserve, where you can spot various birds and take in the unique landscape.
