「The gentleman who came to fix our TV, twice, was lovely. Unfortunately he was unable to restore access to the one channel we really wanted to watch. It’s a safe place and convenient, drive to Danbury Fair Mall , Whole Foods just need 2minutes, drive to Trader Joe’s 6 -7 minutes.」

「Made a reservation for a room with a king size bed. I was given a room with two double beds told they didn't have any king size rooms because of the remodel. But I was charged for the king size room. The remote to the tv didn't work. I asked them to replace it while I was at dinner. They did not replace the remote. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain. The pool was not open. And this morning, there was no breakfast whatsoever, but I was supposed to have breakfast included.」
