「The good- the condo is new in a lovely hotel and in a lovely area. Pretty surroundings, fun restaurants nearby. Was a great set up for spending time with friends. The problems-The host was totally non responsive after we paid. We were unable to obtain checkin instructions despite several attempts to secure them. The place was not clean when we arrived. The bed was slept in( the towels and soap were used; the toilets were dirty; there were dirty dishes and the coffee pot was not cleaned....

「The views of the Empire State Building were simply breathtaking at all times of day and really made the New York experience feel extra special. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with so much within easy walking distance yet still feeling comfortable and secure. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We felt very relaxed, the king beds were super comfortable, and the apartment had everything we needed....

There is a shuttle picks you right out front of the building to bring you to the main lodge. The condo is clean, beautifully decorated and the hosts are amazing providing everything we needed for our get away. They also respond to requests quickly. Cant wait to go back 」
