Large apartment block "Belmonte", 4 storeys. 4 km from the centre of Luino, 3 km from the centre of Germignaga, in an elevated position, 900 m from the lake. For shared use: property with lawn and trees, swimming pool (depth 50 - 300 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Unconventional pool shape. Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis (15.May. - 30.Sep.), children's playground. In the house: lift, sun terrace. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, bus stop 900 m, railway station "Luino" 5 km, shingle beach 900 m. Please note: car recommended.
1-room studio 25 m2 on 2nd floor. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with panoramic window with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Small kitchen (4 hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Balcony 6 m2. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. Die Wohnung ist in einem 70-er Jahre Apartmenthaus mit unglaublichem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore gelegen. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr alt, problematisch ist leider der Zustand der Wohnung, der neben der Überholung auch eine Grundreinigung gut getan hätte. Das Schlafsofa war nicht nur abgewohnt sondern auch schmutzig, Kissen und Decken in ähnlichem Zustand. Die Eingangstür ließ sich nicht abschließen. Ich war insgesamt schockiert, erholen konnte ich mich unter den Umständen nicht. Der Vermieter-Interhome- hat nichts zu einer möglichen Problemlösung beigetragen; ich bin letztlich vorzeitig abgereist.

Traum Seesicht vom Balkon. Einrichtung sollte man mal erneuern. Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. In den Schränken dicke Staubschicht.
