This condo had plenty of space for everyone to stay and sleep comfortably. I appreciated how large the kitchen was for our gathering. Perhaps I didn’t read the listing closely enough, but it was up 6 flights of stairs, which was a challenge for some guests.

This was perfect for us, very centrally located, lots of beds for a big group- and the kids loved the unique bunks! There’s tons of tvs so everyone can watch what they want. The unit is older but was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Amazing value! Host was awesome with communication

This property is older, and it shows. However, it was warm, clean, available, and the price was good. The layout is unusual, but that made it a little more fun. The listing is accurate. It was everything that we expected.

Fantastic host

Property is older, but inside is clean and well kept. The layout works well for 3 families. (Throw in a fan as the loft gets hot, ceiling fan wouldn’t work for us, but hopefully it will for you). Scott was very prompt with communication, always professional and appreciative. Pool and spa were a hit with the kids, pool was heated to a comfortable temp and easy to access.

I have stayed here a couple times this year. Owner was very accommodated to HELP make my stay pleasant. After the first stay I mentioned a small leak in the dishwasher and mentioned the washer and dryer wasn't working both were replaced a couple weeks later when I returned for my longer stay. We loved our stay! Those stairs are no joke but overall it fit everyone comfortably, the price was perfect and the owners responded quickly. If we ever make it back to Brian Head, we’d stay here again!

The first impression of the inside is to walk into a ran down and dirty stairwell. The condo is up 50 stairs and the visual view climbing the stairs into the condo is not attractive. The paint on the stairway walls is pealing and it looks like the walls are falling down. One of the bed sheets was not washed prior and it was filthy dirty. Everything listed on the review was available, however most items are of very low quality and as cheap as possible.

Family get away

Our visit to Brian Head was great. We had a few hiccups, but Scott fixed them as soon as he could. The Condo was great, we were only bummed that the pool was down while we were visiting. We’d definitely go back again!
