Snowy Time At Brian Head

We had a wonderful time here. There was a challenge due to a water heater that wasn't working but the reason I am still giving 5 stars is because Dawn was amazing at figuring out an alternative for showers and went out of her way to make sure we stayed comfortable. I appreciate someone who answers the phone and responds back in kind. I look forward to using their services again!

Glad to leave

Our stay was for 11 nights for 3 1/2 days no hot water. Text Saturday 9:00am, called and left message at 12:00 pm, didn’t hear anything until 4:00pm. Unacceptable. At least Tuesday afternoon we had hot water. Our last day was Wednesday morning.
