Stranded by Host

Upon arriving at the property in Brian Head, which is run down to say the least, we were distraught to learn that the pin code provided by the host to access the studio was inaccurate - leaving us locked outside in the hallway. After multiple attempts to contact the host, we were referred to VRBO Customer Service - who was also unable to contact the host - and cancelled our stay. Despite multiple voicemails, texts, and emails, we never heard back from the host - no apology nor concession offered. Highly disappointing: avoid VRBO listings through this property manager.

Great getaway

My family and I booked the property to get out of the heat of Las Vegas for the weekend. The room was great. Had everything we needed. We plan to book again during the ski season.

Nice place

Nice condo. Everything was well taken care of. Its on the second day floor but there's an elevator in this building. There are 3 steps down to the hallway however so tou can't take the luggage cart all the way to the room but it's a VERY short walk. We would stay here again.

Great Minimalist Space

This space accommodated our last minute 7-day booking over Christmas spectacularly. Pricing was reasonable, the space was clean. The small kitchen offered everything we needed to cook small meals and the dining space even accommodate a few extra guests for drinks/snacks. The bathroom was larger than expected; I used the jet tub and it worked well. The space is well laid out. We used the pull out couch as a 2nd bed during our day. The sleeper sofa was easy to pull out/put down with minimal effort. The host was helpful throughout the stay, she was able to get us a vacuum so we could use space saver bags when packing our suitcases to leave. One improvement would be to release the check-in process/codes a few days earlier. We received the codes the morning of our stay; however I'm used to receiving the information a few days in advance - a minor issue. The pool/spa at Copper Chase is amazing - especially after a day on the slopes. Overall we enjoyed this space and would stay again.
