Room for 3 cars (or side by sides) and all of your gear - You can leave your car(s) parked, mountain bikes stowed in a safe, spacious, dry, two car garage while you truly getaway from it all in Brian Head. There is a third underground, heated garage space just outside the door.

Sharing our getaway - Our family loves Brian Head, Duck Creek and Panguitch Lake. We have visited our share of vacation homes, cabins, campgrounds and hotel rooms in the area. When we found this space we found our perfect home away from home. This is not an investment property, we are sharing our favorite getaway.

THE RULES
We only want to share this space with people equally committed to caring for it while they enjoy it! It is not a party-pad. No smoking (of anything) on property. No pets. We love dogs but even the best behaved Beverly Hills Chihuahua is prone to accidents when left at home all day. There is no yard.
