「The staff are very nice and helpful. It was our first time to briancon, not having a car with us. The staff helped us a lot looking for the place we can go, and even offered to drive us to the place we wanted to go. Breakfast is nice Rooms are v pretty and quiet. They don't have air conditioning in he room, but a fan to keep the room cool. temperature in briancon was not very hot, I found it bearable. 」

「Overall: good location, great bar, but the hotel management needs to look into upskilling hotel staff. Pros: bar and restaurant, and a bartender who knows what he’s doing. Professional, attentive, creative. Cons: major lack of services. Good luck finding anyone at breakfast if you need water. 「We hadden een ruim mooi compleet appartement met zicht op de ski pistes. Animatie activiteiten is alleen in het frans en voor ons dus niet begrijpelijk. Zwembad gaat pas om 10 open en is ca 21 graden. Wel mooi groot bad. Wellness is verder beperkt t.o.v. aantal gasten. Zelf handdoeken meenemen of extra huren. Pendelbus naar de gondel iedere 10 minuten is ideaal (2 minuutjes lopen vanuit het complex). Skibus naar ander dorp is via betaalde lijndienst!」
