“The modern kitchen, beautiful grounds and historic stairways and rooms were so clean and comfortable for us. I was impressed because it’s not easy to keep such an old property in such a clean condition! I even had a bath one night. We loved exploring the woods and small stream around the house as well as getting out to other spots around Scotland. The house was out of the way but easily accessible even for those used to driving on the other side of the road! Loved our time here. Only downside……

“Lovely new property - had everything you needed and very spacious. Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). Fabulous stay and would love to come back!”

Von hier hat man einen idealen Ausgangspunkt nach Stirling und Edinghburgh und kehrt anschließend in eine herrliche Idylle zurück. Die Gastgeber sind sehr warmherzig und offen und haben uns wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt und unsere Ausflüge gegeben. “This property is a gem. The house is beautiful and cozy with plenty of space, and had everything we needed. My little girls loved the garden space. It really felt like a home away from home. The location is great- tucked away in the peaceful countryside but close to plenty of things to see. Our host was so kind and accommodating. We loved our week here, thank you! ”

“Just had a three night stay here and couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay. A good location for visiting Edinburgh and Stirling although plenty to do in the local area as well.
