「The staff was exceptionally accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were within walking distance of all sorts of food options. There was also an onsite restaurant. One small negative was that Expedias site said there was free secure onsite parking, the secure parking cost $20 a night. Otherwise it was wonderful.」

「Hotel was clean but located directly across from a Methadone clinic so many homeless addicts wandering around nearby. AC didn’t work the 3 nights we stayed and front desk staff obviously didn’t want to deal with it so they put a post it note on the back of the monitor at the front desk that read ‘AC not working sorry’. Breakfast was ok. Nice facility just really scary neighborhood so beware. Parking was locked underground so that is a plus because your car wouldn’t be safe outside.」

「VERY BAD EXPREAICE」

「My fee should be refunded because: 1) it is now 7:26 pm TWO DAYS after I was to check in, but I have not received the email indicating how to do so. 2) I called the phone number on the email that expedia sent, only to receive a "not in service" message. 3) I spent about two hours chasing around Tacoma that evening trying to find a Wifi connection so I could communicate; I did go by the purported location twice, rang the door bell several times, with no response. I gave up and stayed at a Motel...

「I spent two nights there with my seven-year-old son when we were exploring the Olympia and Tacoma areas for a long weekend. It was a very nice and comfortable stay the free breakfast was far better than average free breakfasts I booked this room in part because it had a pool, but we never made it down there, but that impacted our choice in choosing this hotel. Hotel had free parking and closed in a fence, which made me feel safe for overnight. .」

「Was a quick and simple over night trip. The property is brand new and very cute. Our room was a king suite and was set up very modern and we loved the style of it. We slept great. The only couple things I’d say is the water pressure is lacking there of and the kitchens have zero stock of anything so families that stay and need to heat up something on the stove top, you’d need to have brought your own pan and dishes but we didn’t require that. Look forward to visiting again」
