“The hotel is situated in the central of old town which is a great location. The staff are helpful and friendly. The only thing is that the sewage system in the old town is probably old and so some smell comes up from the sewage pipes. ”

“"Boutique hotel" is a misnomer for what is, basically, a glorified guesthouse. It’s reasonably well run and also informal – staff dress casually. Rooms are pretty average and can be prone to a little street noise, even though this place is off Kote Abkhazi Street, the main drag in the old town. Actually locating the place itself can be an issue after dark, when signage for the alley it’s on can be hard to spot (the guesthouse is tucked away just out of sight if you’re on Kote Abkhazi St).……
