“The hotel is well maintained and clean. No smell in the room as many hotels in the old town has problem with their pipe smell. Breakfast is excellent with many good choices of healthy food. Staff are polite and helpful. It is close to the meeting points of some day tours but it is a little bit far from the central part of old street by walking. ”

One night, my AC stopped working, and as soon as I told them, they came, looked it over, and had it fixed within minutes. Now, I'll talk about the room. It was dirty. There were hairs all over both beds from the previous guest. Also, part of the floor was wet when I checked in, and when I took off my shoes, I realized.
