Allure 403

Very nice modern building. Small neighborhood in an industrial area. Nice beach and rooftop shared facilities. Nice concierge service. 2 maintenance items: deck glass door sticks/noisy and guest bathroom toilet seat is loose. Wi-Fi went down for a day.
