“The staff was nice and accommodating. Best part about the resort was the staff. The resort was not clean to my standards. For example the resort room floors had the same trash and stains on the floor the entire time. The food was just decent and at some times good. Nothing to write home about. The drinks were delicious and the staff did a great job keeping the drinks coming. The resort is beautiful. I would stay again due to the staff being so friendly and accommodating. “The hotel was okay, but it is literally Maga territory. So many Karen's staying there, acting like they own it. They get up at 5AM to take up the seating area and stay there the entire day. The pool is basically unusable unless you don't mind having them stare at you the entire time and smoke cigarets by the pool (which the hotel didn't have a problem with and said that was okay to do..) Impressed by the level of attention staff pay to allergies and celiac needs of guests. Staff was well informed and we even had one of the chefs one night check in on us. “We booked classic ocean view for our 7 nights stay with two queen size beds, the room was very spacious with all comforts and the usual hotel rooms amenities. Staff were wonderful and very attentive to all our needs. Breakfast has variety, fresh and plentiful food everyday. The air conditioner was perfectly cooled our room and on all the time as needed.
