"Terrible experience. Even though I had the confirmation from Expedia, and called the day before flying to Barbados to “re-confirm”, I find out after I arrive in Barbados with two little kids that the “property would not be able to honor the reservation”. And then spent two hours with an Expedia agent on the phone trying to find a new place to stay (most places were fully booked). Terrible communication from both Expedia and the property. "Not thoroughly cleaned, the fridge smelled, and the toilet was soiled upon check in. However, after a cleaning and airing out, there was a vast improvement. The pool is very nice, the grounds and neighborhood are beautiful, and the property manager is very responsive. In summary, not a great first impression, but that was brief and made up for after the first day."

"Our stay was lovely, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautifully designed throughout.
During our visit, the hotel was undergoing construction, which slightly affected our first impression. We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite, their newest room, but unfortunately, a few of the utilities weren’t working properly
Overall, it’s a very nice hotel, though I find the room and their restaurant prices to be somewhat overpriced."

"From the moment you check in you’re greeted by the nicest team of front office staff. Shakira was an absolute superstar and Terry from ops was also great. Clean, well kept, beautiful location that is second to none. Oh and the guys in landscaping are absolute artists because the grounds are pristine. "
